Her dad just shook his head. "Nope. That's your punishment."

'For what?!'

"For kissing in the kitchen! With your two little siblings in the room!"

'Well, did they see?'

"That doesn't matter! I told you the consequences! this," He motioned to the table and the gross sandwiches. "Is your warning!"
Theo could hear the arguing and stood up. -
Hazel raised an eyebrow. 'So that's a no?'

"They could've. You're playing a risky game."
Theo walked over, wrapping an arm around Hazel's shoulder. -
'I don't think they'd care.'

"I don't care! The rule was that you can't kiss when the kids are around! You need to respect the rules!"

Hazel huffed. 'A pointless rule.'

Her dad narrowed his eyes. If there was one thing you didn't do, it was question parents ruled. Especially not THAT parent. "Your room." He demanded.
