'Do you know who it is?' Collins asked. She looked down at Marco and gave the dog a sheepish pat on the head.

"Jeremy. He used to pull my feathers. He was scared of me. He hated me." Florence said as he paced. He'd started to run frantically in circles

'If he's scared of you then why is he outside your door?' Collins asked. 'If he was scared wouldn't be want to get far away as possible?'

"He's not scared anymore. Now called ungrad." Florence said as he ran

'Well, is there a way we can make him go away?' Collins asked.

"no one leaves. We all stay." Florence said. He incidentally slammed his wing into the wall.

'Sounds good,' Collins said, sitting down next to Marco. She gave the dog a scratch behind the ears.

Marco gava a happy and raspy bark. Florence started chewing on his hands

Collins smiled at the dog, then looked up at Florence. She took the apple out of her bag and threw it to him. 'Chew on fruit instead,' she said.

Florence caught the apple and couldn't help but smile. He tried to eat the apple slowly but it was still much faster whenever compared to regular people

Collins continued patting the dog, looking up at Florence every once in a while.

Florence ate even the core of the apple as he gently flapped his wings

'Still hungry?' Collins asked, rummaging in her satchel.

Florence's pupils grew big and his eyes turned pink as he bounced up and down and the mention of food
