‘You can sense when it’s been moved or something? And how did you not find it before?’ Collins asked.

"well, the assistant researcher shot something in my head that made my brain fuzzy, and by the time I was okay again I couldn't sense the heart." Florence said. He mimicked a gunshot.

Collins was about to respond, but the sound of the gunshot fazed her. She responded after a moment of pause. ‘That’s weird. Do you know what exactly he shot into your head?’

"not really. I don't understand the stuff he said." Florence said. He mimicked frantic mumbling

‘You mean, you don’t understand the words or you couldn’t hear him?’ Collins asked. ‘Could you tell me what he said if it was the first one?’

"Sure!" Florence said before mimicking exactly what was said in the assistant researchers exact voice. "If lead doesn't work, I'll come back with silver or magma if I have to! I'll euthanize you somehow! I'll be rid of you foul daemon!" Florence shifted his arms and flapped his wings before speaking normally. "I'm definitely not named Damian, and I don't know what you the nice does to you. I also don't know what pencils have to do with it." Florence said.

Collins winced. ‘I, er, don’t think the assistant researcher likes you,’ she said quietly, which was probably already a given. ‘Lead can kill people. That’s why it’s not used in pencils anymore. Silver is used to kill off supernatural creatures, but only in fairytales. It must be bad somehow.’

"that makes sense. The assistant researcher is Satan after all. At least that's what John said. He told me Satan was everything bad in the world and God is everything good. I don't know what any of it means but I think it's one of those phrases." Florence said. he mimicked the crocodiles
(Florence is not actually religious he is just basing stuff off of what he hears, I'm not religious just putting in how i think Florence would react to that)) -

‘Not really, unless that’s what you believe in. The assistant researcher isn’t really Satan, just a really bad person,’ Collins said, thinking. ‘Like, a really, really bad person.’ -
"maybe he researches how to be bad and that's why he's called a researcher." Florence said. He giggled and Mimicked the ferrets chittering.

Collins gave a smile. ‘Maybe,’ she said. ‘Like, he just Googles “how to be a horrible person” daily?’

"he looked up evil in a dictionary and made it his goal to be pictured right beside it." Florence said. He danced on his hands and blinked his third eye.

Collins laughed. ‘Exactly! It probably just has his picture under the definition,’ she giggled.

"they wanted to put him under bad, diabolical and villain but then they'd be mistaken as his friends." Florence said. He giggled more and mimicked a passing bird

Collins laughed. ‘I can’t top that,’ she said, sitting down on the grass. She picked a blade of grass.
