"AH!" Eli said, their voice raising an octave, and Ralph jumped. "NEVER do that again!"

Callum burst into laughter. 'Gotta keep you on your toes,' he chuckled.

"And possibly kill me in the process." Eli mumbled, throwing a pillow at Callum.

'Hey!' Callum laughed, throwing the pillow back at them.

Eli threw it at Callum's face. "Serves you right for scaring the hell out of me!"

'Sorry!' Callum laughed. 'Are you OK?'

"Yes." Eli mumbled after a while. "I just can't relax in my own room without fear that you'll show up!"

Callum chuckled, throwing the pillow at their shoulder. 'Come on, I'm not that bad!'

"But it's terrifying!" Eli said, not throwing the pillow anymore. "Ralph, you agree with me, right?"

Ralph nodded.

"See?!" Eli said, chuckling and holding the pillow close to their chest.

Callum chuckled and sat down on their bed. 'Fine, I'll stop.'

"Good!" Eli cheered. "You'd better!"
