"Fiiiine." Eli sighed, grabbing the first book of the Chronicles of Narnia. "But I'm not happy about it."

Umbreon meowed, seeming smug this time.

"Are you SURE you don't understand English?!"

Umbreon jumped onto Eli's bed and curled into a small ball, giving a dismissive meow.

"Come on, meow twice if you can understand me."

Umbreon meowed again.

"One more time....." Eli said with a grin.

Umbreon hissed

"So close!" Eli complained. "It's like you're TRYING to prove me wrong!"

Umbreon hissed again as if in spite of Eli.

Eli rolled their eyes, opening the book.

Umbreon lay down.

Eli pet Umbreon behind the ear.
