Eli pet Umbreon more, smiling and staring at the ceiling.

Umbreon curled up into a ball.

Eli scratched Umbreon behind the ear, glad that he didn't seem to object to it.

Umbreon hissed. Meanwhile, Callum had just finished the pen and looked happily at his own handiwork.

"Oh shush." Eli laughed.

Eli laughed, and grabbed the book from off the edge of the bed.

Umbreon swatted Eli's arm.

"Weren't you the one who WANTED me to read this?!"
