Natsuki took a deep breath. 'Alright, I'm ready,' she said, pulling away slightly.

"Alright, lets go." Nikolai said, grabbing her hand.

Natsuki nodded, walking slowly back out of the kitchen.

Nik followed. Terry was back to reading his newspaper when Nat and Nikolai walked in.

Natsuki avoided looking at him as Terry looked up from his paper.

"You better now?" Terry asked, actually sounding concerned.

Natsuki nodded, still not looking at him.

"Come on, at least look at him." Nik suggested in a low voice.
(Gtg for a few minutes!) -
(alright!)
Natsuki sighed and glanced up, focusing on his beard instead of looking him in the eye. -
Terry chuckled half-heartedly, looking at his newspaper a bit.

Natsuki looked down again.

"Try and hold up a conversation." Nik insisted, chuckling at how stubborn Nat was being.

'I'm still angry at him,' Natsuki whispered.

"So try and explain that." Nikolai suggested. "Tell him why you're mad. It's worth a shot, right?"

Natsuki sighed. She looked up at Terry. 'Why'd you watch us?'
