"Who are you with?" he spat not loosening his grip.
"She's with me" Lily spoke up her voice shaky. -
Anne said through gritted teeth, 'Let go.'

"Now, now dearie.."
Lily took a deep breath and punched the man in the face, this attack took him by surprise meaning his grip loosened on Anne. "Run!" she shouted. -
Anne stared at Lily and let out a laugh, then started running after checking Lily was following her. 'You punched a man in the face!' she exclaimed.

"He's beaten me up many many times" Lily muttered and she was deadly serious. Anne knew this, so why was she laughing when Lily had just rescued her?!

'It was awesome!' Anne said in awe, and she meant it.

Lily gave a small smile. "Thanks, now let's get home, well to your house"

'Yes,' Anne agreed, taking Lily's hand and running faster to her house.

Lily sped up until they reached her house.

Anne stopped sprinting once the two got to the bakery, and leaned against the wall, out of breath. 'Is.. he gone?'

Lily nodded, sighing in relief.

'Are you alright?'

Lily nodded again. "Just about freaked" she muttered.

'Good. Let's go inside.'

Lily followed Anne into the bakery and then up the stairs to her bedroom. She had calmed down mostly but was still shaking a little.
