"Bye." Blaze stands there, making sure she got in without trouble, then goes on his way to his place.

"Bye!" she called back, then went inside. The lights were off so her mom was asleep. Claire went up to her bedroom and took off her jacket when she remembered it wasn't hers. It was Blaze's. Shoot, she'd forgotten to return it. And now he was walking home without his jacket in the chilly cold. She went towards the window to see if he was out there still, but he wasn't. She'd have to return it to him on Monday.
Claire considered calling Emma and telling her everything that has happened. But it was very late and she didn't want to bother her. So she decided she'd tell her on Monday at school.
She then got into her pajamas and went to bed, falling asleep almost immediately. -
Blaze walked into the house, closing the door quietly so his parents didn't hear, and goes to his room, slipping out of his clothes and under the covers. he takes a while to fall asleep, but eventually did.

Come Monday morning, Claire was up and ready and ready to go to school. She put on a cute cream-colored sweater to fight the cold and blue jeans along with her pair of brown boots.
Once she entered the school she set her eyes out for two people, Emma, and Blaze. -
Blaze reached over to his alarm clock, which was beeping like crazy, then realizes it's been going off for five minutes. he jumps out of bed, pulling on his blue jeans, a random shirt, and... realizes Claire still has his jacket. he sighs and grabs his backpack, heading to school to look for her.

Claire found Emma first. Her friend donned a look of confusion at the jacket in her arms.
"You don't wear leather," Emma said. "Who's jacket is that?"
"That's what I was going to talk to you about," she said. "It's Blaze's."
"What?!" Emma said. "You're kidding."
"He walked me home, insisting that it was too dangerous."
"Now you're definitely pulling my leg."
"I was surprised too," Claire responded. "I don't know, he has such a terrible reputation, but he didn't act like that at all. He acted just like a regular guy."
"That's probably how he breaks the girls' hearts. Pretends he's all nice and stuff and then dumps them when they least expect it."
"We talked about pies."
Emma stared at Claire as if she had two heads. "Pies?"
"Pies," Claire nodded her head.
"I cannot believe that," Emma said.
"Have you ever known me to be a liar?" Claire asked.
"Well, no..."
"Then you can't prove whether I'm lying or not." -
Blaze rounds a corner, and sees the two girls talking. "Hey, Claire. could i have my jacket back? i forgot to take it last night." he asks, waving at them and smiling slightly.

Emma's mouth dropped to the floor.
"Yeah," Claire said. She unraveled the jacket from around her arms and handed it to him. "I'm sorry I forgot to give it back, I didn't mean for you to go walking home in the cold." -
"i said last night, the cold doesn't bother me." he takes the jacket and puts it on. he turns to Claire's friend. "why are you looking at me like that...?" he asks, curious.

Emma immediately shut her mouth. "Uh, nothing! No reason!"
Claire let out a small laugh at her friend's reaction. She looked back at Blaze and said, "Thanks for walking me home last night too. I know I said I do it a lot but I actually did feel better when you did that for me." -
"you're welcome. i was happy to walk home such an angel." Blaze winks at Claire and smiles. "if you ever need someone to walk you home, i'm open." he offers.

(I think sometime at school we need to see Blaze actually act as a bad boy.)
"I may take you up on that," Claire said. Just then the bell rang and they needed to go to class. "I'll see you later," she said and began walking away. -
(okay, i'll work on it, sorry XD)
"bye, Claire." Blaze turns around, heading for his class. He bumps into one of the jocks, who turns around and sneers at him. Blaze dodges out of the way, barely missing a punch, and ducks into his classroom, glaring at the jock. -
"Did you see that?!" Emma said to Claire who had just seen the whole ordeal. "He just dodged a punch from Damen!"
"You see now how I said I was all confused?" Claire said.
"Definitely."
First class for Emma and Claire was Literature, which passed by without event. Then after that, Emma went off to Econ while Claire went to Science. -
(why not have a little trouble in the science lab together? experiment gone wrong, maybe? XD)
Blaze comes into the science lab, glowering at nothing in particular, sitting down at his desk.
