Nick shook his head, glancing over to George. "Well, he isn't going anywhere either unless he finishes those."
George glared at Nick. 'f--- you-' -
Clay nodded and shifted to look at George. "I'm so sorry for scaring you," He whispered sadly.
Karl sipped some of the monster and sat down on the ground next to the bench. -
"Don't be," George shook his head. "It's fine."

"I-" Clay was tempted to protest but decided it was useless.

George looked over to Karl and Nick. "Go on the flume or something."
Nick smiled. "Sure thing, cap'n-" -
Karl gasped and jumped to his feet. "I'll beat you there!" He got a major head start, racing toward the ride.
Clay sighed and forced himself to eat another gummy. -
"HEY-" Nick yelled, chasing after him.
George just watched them go, hands tapping against his leg anxiously. -
Karl laughed and broke into a sprint.
Clay glanced over and realized that Karl had left the backpack on the ground. He reached down and pulled it onto the seat with him and zipped it up. -
"Karlll-' Nick called, catching up eventually and wrapping his arms around his waist to stop him.

Karl yelped in surprise and tried to get away. "HEY-"

"Nope," Nick said, lifting Karl up and heading toward the flume.

Karl gasped. "LET ME GOOO!"

"NOPE-" Nick repeated, tossing Karl up a bit and carrying him bridal style.

Karl shrieked in surprise and tried to get away again. "LEMME GO!" He whined.

"N-O-P-E," Nick spelled out, holding Karl tight. "You're not getting away-"
George glanced at Clay and the half-empty pack of gummies in his hand. "You gonna finish those?"
