Clay smiled and broke into a sprint. He quickly caught up to the others and smirked. Although he was trying to ignore it, he felt dizzy and nauseous. Running wasn't helping.
"HEY- NO!" Karl shouted at Clay. -
"Haha!" George yelled, pointing at them.
Nick quickly read a sign, taking a sharp corner and leaving Clay and George and pulling Karl with him. -
Clay slowed and stumbled forward. "F-f---..." He muttered. He stood for a moment and tried to breathe.
"Wait, what?" Karl asked in shock. "Where- Where are we going?" -
George glanced up at Clay, concern etching into his features. "Clay? Are you okay?"
"To the bumper cars," Nick said with a chuckle. -
"I-" Spots danced in Clay's vision. He slowly set George down and bent over, trying to stay conscious.
Karl gasped excitedly. "They're going the wrong way!?" -
"Dream-" George frantically glanced around. He spotted a bench, starting to gently lead Clay over to it. "Are you okay?"
"Yep!" Nick said with a laugh. -
"I- I'll be f-fine-" Clay lied. He dropped down onto the bench and struggled to breathe.
-
George started to panic, grabbing his phone and calling Nick.
Nick slowed, grabbing his phone and answering it. "Hello, looser-"
"Nick- Could you go get some water and bring something to eat over here?" George said, obviously distressed. -
Clay's consciousness started to fade, and he slowly fell to the side.
Karl stopped and turn to face Nick. "What's wrong?" -
George quickly sat next to Clay, holding him up somewhat and letting him lean onto him.
"I dunno," Nick said, turning around. "But George just called and asked to come back with food and water-" -
Clay's head fell onto George's shoulder and his world faded to black.
Karl gestured to the backpack and ran off. "Let's go-" -
Nick nodded, following Karl.
George just sat there, his anxiety building up. This is all your fault- if you just ate, he'd be fine right now
Nick sped up when he spotted the two. "What happened?"
"He just- he hasn't eaten and he passed out-" George stuttered. -
Karl rushed over to the bench and pulled the backpack off his back. His eyes widened and he looked over at Nick in panic.
-
"Let's try and wake him up," Nick said, trying to stay level-headed.
George nodded, picking Clay's head up and gently hitting it. "Clay-" -
Clay groaned but didn't completely wake up.
"Dream please..." Karl whispered. He grabbed a water bottle out of his bag and glanced at George.
