"Ok, so the reason I needed Quince's address was because I accidentally stole something and needed to return it," she said. "I told him I was a klepto, and he said that the only way he would call the cops was if I stayed with him. I have no idea how long for or any of that."

The other end of the phone was quiet for a few seconds before Roxy started yelling.
"OH MY GODDDD, YOU HAVE A LOVER!" -
"I do not!" Aster said. "I don't have any feelings for the guy. He's a jerk."

"He's probably YOUR jerk,” Roxy chuckled.

"No, he's just THE jerk. His butler's somehow worse."

"Whaaaat? How so? I thought butlers were suppose to be gentlemen." Roxy gasped.

"Not this one," Aster flopped backwards on the bed

"Did you do something?" Roxy asked.

"Not that I can think of," Asteria mumbled. "When Quince told him to show me to my room, he took me to the bathroom instead,.on purpose."

Roxy snorted.
"The bathroom? What for? To take a dump?" -
"No," she said. "According to him I belong with the toilets."

"I- alright, I'm on my way over to hit someone with a brick." Roxy growled into the phone.

"I don't think that would be a great idea," Asteria said. "Quince isn't afraid to call the police on anyone."

"I could knock him out and then take him to an abandoned forest?"

"And then what?" Asteria asked.
