"Oh, sorry, I thought filthy toilets went in here." Martino hissed.

"Well, typically toilets, filthy or not, don't speak or walk, so by that logic I'm not a toilet," Evelyn snapped back

"They flush trash down their mouth. Sometimes, it comes back up. You must be a broken toilet since only trash comes out of your mouth.” Martino huffed.

"Name one instance when that's happened," Aster said.

“It happened the second you learned how to speak.” Martino spat.

"You weren't around then, so you have no way of proving that," Aster said. "Now will you please take me to my actual room."

“If you say so,” Martino growled, taking Asteria to her actual room.
It was a light blue pastel door with a silver knob. -
Aster tentatively opened the door, prepared for another trick.

It was an actual bedroom.
And not just a bedroom. A beautiful bedroom fit for a princess. -
Asteria blinked in surprise. She looked back at Martino's face just to make sure that this actually was her room and he wasn't pulling something again.

His face was cold and full of disgust.
"Enjoy your fantastical Disney princess bedroom." Martino growled, leaving Asteria by herself. -
Aster closed the door. The room wasn't covered in Disney princesses as Martino suggested, but it was beautiful. She sat on the edge of the bed and immediately called Roxy.

Roxy picked up the phone.
"GIRL, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?!" She shrieked. “I’VE BEEN TEXTING YOU FOR LIKE... TEN HOURS." -
"That's what I was going to talk about before you started screeching in my ear," Aster said.
