He nodded in pain, and held Sunny's hand tighter. Don't let go Sunny, no matter how much it hurts he begged in his mind.

Sunny winced at the much tighter contact, but continued to hold onto his hand. “W-We’ll be fine.” They said reassuringly.

In the hour's he drifted in and out of sleep and pain. Knock! Knock! Shadne woke up, "Don't open the door."

Gray noticed Sunny wince in pain and empathetically flinched. He patted Shadne's hand to help loosen his grip on them.

The knock sounded louder. And you could hear shuffling of multiple feet out side. Knock, knock!

storm walked down hall after hall, lost in her new school. it was different from any other school she'd ever been in, mostly cause it had other people in it like her and 'not' like her. she just hoped she got to class in time. -
Sunny jumped, eyes widening with fear. “Oh no.” They whispered, quickly grabbing their staff.

Intercom: "Students, let me remind you to get to your dorm room and do not go outside. We have a out of control vampire on campus. Please, do not open the door for them and if in hallways please go to an empty classroom and lock door or go to your dorm room. This is an EMERGENCY!"

Sunny trembled, looking at Shadne, then at Gray. What do I do?! They thought.

Gray noticed Sunny's scared expression and defensively fluffed up. He was just a tiny little bat or a lanky human, but he would protect them as best as he could.

Shadne wrenched on in pain, throwing up on the bed sheet's. Tears in his eye's he fell back on the bed.

hearing the voice on the intercom, Storm ran for the closest door, it was locked. her heart beated fast

Gray let out high-pitched squeaking noises that no regular human ear could hear, threatening the vampire.

she went to the next door, it was also locked. "please let me in," she whisper-pleaded, as she tried another door.

Gray heard the whisper of a desperate girl and flew over to the keyhole, before quickly opening it. "Hurry, get in!"
