Sunny stayed silent, looking up at the night(?) sky. They just sat there, not fazed by Shadne being there.

"You do miss me. I know it." He walked towards her slowly.

“...Why did you come? Did you miss me?” Sunny asked, standing up and looking at him again. “I doubt it. I was just a pawn in your little games, wasn’t I?”

He growled without realizing it. "Are you that blind that you can't see that I like you?" He looked down at his feet.

Sunny froze, staring at Shadne with blank eyes. “...Your lying to me. Your trying to get my guard down, aren’t you?!” They yelled, curling their hands into fists.

He growled again louder, "You?! I tried my best to be your friend, but how can I when my feelings get in the way. I'm doing this for you. If I keep them away from you then you are safe."

“No, your doing this for yourself. It doesn’t matter wether or not you push your feelings aside, you CHOSE to be on their side.” They growled back, letting out shaky breaths.

"If that's the way you wanna see it then fine. Have it your way." Strolling towards them quickly, he pulled them into a strong kiss. Pulling away he backed away.

Sunny sucked in a breath, taken aback. They quickly stepped back. “What...the hell...” They said, glaring at him.

He had done it, without thinking. But he had liked it, but did they like it? They seemed angry, turning he took off running towards the woods.

Sunny watched him take off. He wasn’t lying, was he? They thought, shaking their head and running back inside. That’s enough for tonight.

Shadne's chest hurt by the time he had stopped and his tattoo burned. He liked them, but he may never know if they liked him back. The camp was quiet and the guards did not bother him when he came into camp.
