C1 and C2 are from the future, 2121. They both go a hundred years into the past, meeting C3 and C4 in 2021.
In 2121, the government had collapsed years ago. The world is unstable, and the human population is dropping.
C1 and C2 had a warning to give 2021. Something was coming, and it was bad.
