gO sTuDy!))
Name: Perival Candence
Age: Unknown
Year born: Also unknown! Because I honestly don't want to mess up a timeline but he was after Jesus's time at least :)
Age they look like: 'Bout 21
Gender: Male
Appearance: Scruffy dark brown hair, light green eyes and tan brown skin. He looks like a nice guy.
Personality: To be ~done~
Where they were born: Some remote place
Sword: That pirate sword thingy that I can't recall the name of
Strengths/skills: He has the ability to adapt almost anywhere, which is exceptionally useful if you're an immortal. He's very flexible and agile.
Weaknesses: Gets way to easily attached, protective to the point of stupidity, etc.
Bio: He was the result of an affair between a royal named Ruther Candence and a gypsy named Beliona. Beliona became Christian after she met a missionary and raised her son to be right with God.
Other: Well oop -
I'd say that's an English name, so you can have him be from there
As for age, he doesn't have to be an old immortal. Maybe he's from 50 years ago, or something. -
A cutlass?
-
Good idea!
Yes yes, a cutlass
Make it two -
Okie-dokey
Not it >:) -
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO))
Perival was looking out of his window at the civilians below, swishing a bubbly drink in his hand. Even though it appeared to be champagne, it was actually a fizzy soda. He had no taste for alcohol and didn't like the way it clouded his brain.
He looked up at the sky, where clouds wreathed the moon and all was dark and peaceful, with stars scattered about in a random but perfectly designed pattern. He was sure that God existed. But then why was the world the way it was? Why had he been chosen to live lifetimes and watch the world move on as if he wasn't there? -
Sigrun was somewhat warm underneath her long jacket, but she had gotten used to it over 500 years. After all, who knew what could happen if she didn't have her sword with her? The truth of the matter was that she didn't want to find out.
She got herself a double scoop mint chocolate ice cream cone at an ice cream truck on the street. It was playing bouncy music to attract little children so that they would beg their parents to let them have some ice cream or a popsicle. -
I guess it's the morning lol))
Perival sipped the soda, relishing the fiery feeling on his tongue. Once his glass was drained, he set it on his counter, patting his trusty cutlasses in their scabbards. They had claimed lives before and he was not proud of it. The idea of killing, of taking another's life seemed so wrong to him, but he had done it anyway because he thought it was necessary. He had then made a vow to God to only fight or kill in an act of defense.
He leaned against a wall, inhaling and exhaling deeply. He had already lived lifetimes before. He was just tired of living, so tired of the way he was, with no one to keep him company and no one to grow old with. He couldn't even grow old, which was both a blessing and a curse. -
(Do you want them to like, have a common evil enemy, or something that they have to defeat?)
Sigrun remembered the man who had taught her the ways of immortals. In his last years, he had been driven to madness from having to kill constantly, if self-defense of course, but things like that always wore heavily on people's consciences. He had been killed because he couldn't bring himself to raise his sword.
He had been like a father to her. His home had been hers. Sigrun smiled as she remembered coming home to a warm fire, and an upbeat man putting supper on the table, ready to tell each other of the events of the day. -
That would be a good idea, ye))
Perival found his thoughts drifting over to his mother. She had loved him with every bit of her being, raising him to love God and cherish his Word. She was the loveliest, sweetest woman to ever be and she hadn't even had the privilege to die of old age. His mother had been killed by a vicious immortal when she had stood in the way to defend her twelve year old son so he could run away. Where had their God been then?
He was brought back to reality by a loud shattering noise. Glass tinkled to the floor as his hand bled. He had shattered his nice cup. With an exasperated sigh, he walked to the kitchen to bandage his hand. -
(bump for myself so that I remember to respond later)
-
('Aighty tighty, I'll post here so you'll not forget)
-
(Hehe my mind blank)
-
I feel ya XD))
Maybe Sigrun gets her icecream and wanders off to a place where she and Perival could cross paths?)) -
(I was thinking that before, but where would that be)
