A while later, Perival's order came up and he took his food gratefully, winking at the lady flirtatiously before sitting down by Sigrun. "Care to introduce yourself?" he said amiably, cutting into his waffles with a knife and fork.
-
"Sigrun Dahl," she said. "Yourself?" she took one of her stips.of bacon and started munching on it.
-
-
"Perival Candence, pleasure to meet you," the gentlemen replied. "So tell me, Sigrun, how long have you been out?"
He said it as if they were discussing a pleasant little outing instead of decades of existence. -
(Not much of an idea for what he means by 'out' so I'm just gonna put something.)
"Fifteen eighteen," she said. It could easily be mistaken for a time and not a year. "Yourself?" -
"Seventeen twenty," Perival said, taking a bite of his pancake. "Honestly Sigrun, you don't look bad for a grandma."
-
(Wait can immortals have kids??? I've never seen it in the tv show)
She chuckled. "Neither do you," Sigrun said. "I suppose you have some secret to it, don't you." -
(That's an interesting concept, would the kids just live for like 150 years or something? :000))
Perival grinned and playfully waved his fork at her. "I must have been born with it." -
(Immortality isn't hereditary, though)
"Ah that explains it," she said with a smile as she finished her bacon and licked the grease off her fingers. She then moved on to her pancakes. -
-
But they could still have kids, right?))
"So, have you met any of the others yet?" he said conversationally, hacking off a piece of pancake with his fork. -
(They've never mentioned it though! I don't know!)
"For as long as I've been one I'd be shocked if I hadn't," Sigrun said.
(I've actually always wanted to use the name Sigrun in a roleplay, but it's never really fit until now ) -
I feel ya, there are those names that you really want to use but have no feasible excuse for having))
"So, how'd it go?" Perival said, waving his fork around. "You must have bested them in battle, I assume." -
(Exactly)
Sigrun slowly nodded, a frown on her face. "Not that I wanted to fight," she said. There's a few in various corners of the earth that I suppose.you could say I've befriended. -
