Alastair smiled at her joyous exclamation. He was the kind of person that didn't smile often but in Rebecca's company, he was smiling all the time. It felt good.

Rebecca rushed up to the counter and asked for a pint of the cookie dough ice cream. Soon enough the pint was ready. Rebecca took it, two spoons, and multiple napkins (Because from experience it gets a little messy)

I often catapult icecream so yes, definitely))
Alastair held his spoon at ready, tapping it against Rebecca's like he were dueling with her before sinking it into the mound of tasty goodness. -
(My mom and I didn't even catapult it!)
Rebecca did likewise, giving a moan at how good the dessert was as her shoulders moved downward. -

Alastair smirked a bit. "Pretty good?" -
She gave a hum in affirmation. "I haven't had this in forever."

Alastair tasted a spoonful, closing his eyes and sighing. "Neither have I. It's like a trip down memory lane."

They ate in silence for a little before Rebecca said, "I'm nervous about tonight."

"Understandable. Do you think the Force will remember us?" Alastair said.

"It always does," Rebecca said. "Why would anything change?" -
I know XD))
Imagine saying "May the Force be with you" and Rebecca and Alastair are like "Is that a threat"))
"I mean, will the Force remember us, specifically," Alastair said. "How we rebelled against it." -
(Oh my XDD)
"Oh," Rebecca said. "I have no idea. Before when we'd speak against it in the ballroom it would hurt us a little and then it would go back to 'normal.'" -
"I have tried every way I can think of to escape," Alastair said with a mournful expression. "But nothing has worked."

"Then maybe what we have planned will," Rebecca said.
