"It does seem to be that sort of book," Alastair admitted. "What about you? Do you have any favorite books?"

"Uhhh..." Rebecca said, searching her brain. She then made a weird noise that resulted from her blowing air between her lips in such a way that made them flap against each other. "I dunno."

"How about... favorite animal?" Alastair inquired. -
(Exactly that. We call it lip trills or bubbles in choir)
"Penguin," Rebecca said with a smile. -

Alastair couldn't help but smile, his mind's eye filled with chubby waddling penguins. "Any kind in particular?" -
"Nope, just penguins," she said decidedly. "How about you? What's your favorite animal?"

"Horses," Alastair said almost instantly. He looked a little sheepish at his sudden reply. "Horses are nice."

Rebecca smiled. "I rode one once when I was six, haven't at all since."
