Phil lifted up a huge bag and slapped it into the cart. "Is that it?" he said, double-checking with Phillip.
-
"We don't need that much!" Phillip exclaimed. "We're not making enough food for the entire city!"
-
"Oh bother," Phil said, putting the bag back with another mighty slap and returning with a slightly smaller one.
-
"Not that big either," Phillip said. He reached on the shelf and grabbed a bag that was this size. "This will last for a few meals," he said as he put it in the cart.
-
"Alright, are we missing anything?" Phil asked, taking inventory.
-
"Soy sauce," Phillip said.
-
-
"That could be a bit trickier," Phil said, taking the cart and spinning it around. "Sauces, sauces...where are the sauces..."
-
"Condiments," Phillip said. "Look for the ketchup aisle."
-
"Got it," Phil said, steering the cart in that direction. "See it anywhere?"
-
Phillip scanned the aisle for the soy sauce. Ketchup, mustard, barbecue sauce, ranch, catalina, thousand island, and so on. But he didn't see the familiar thin-necked bottle of the soy sauce yet.
-
Phil looked for anything out of the ordinary, but he had no idea what he was looking for. What was soy anyway? He was pretty sure it was a bean, so probably something thick and pasty.
-
"You have no idea what you're looking for, do you," Phillip said. He sighed. "I don't see it here."
-
"What does it look like?" Phil asked desperately.
-
"It's in a smallish long-necked bottle, and the contents are deep brown and extremely liquidy," Phillip answered.
