The moon was high above the sky by this time. "Go get some rest. I'll keep watch." He murmured to his mate.

Bluefly nuzzled his cheek tiredly before purring. "I love you."
Rainkit watched them with a look of fascination in her eyes. -
"I love you too." He mewed affectionately, watching her go into the den. He stood outside, waiting for morning.

A golden sun rose over a pink sky, casting soft rays on sunlight on the tired cats. Bluefly stretched and got up, winding herself around Drakestorm. "You go get some rest, I'll take it from here." -
His jaws stretched in a yawn. "Ok, I'll sleep until noon. After that, want to hunt?" He asked, curling around his mate affectionately.

"Yes," Bluefly said with a purr. "I'll ask Sightfall to watch over Rainkit while we're gone."
"May all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the High Ledge," Fernstar announced. -
He looked up. "Maybe we should listen to Fernstar before we sleep." Drakestorm said, following his mate beneath Highledge."

"Alright," Bluefly said. "Come on, Rainkit. Fernstar's calling a meeting."
Rainkit padded after Bluefly, keeping close to her and being more relaxed when the older blue she-cat wrapped her tail around her. She noticed that a few cats gave her dirty looks and she tensed up again.
"Frog and Toad, please step forward," Fernstar instructed. -
Drakestorm watched.

"Frog and Toad," Fernstar began. "You have already reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you two to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior names, you will be known as Frogpaw and Toadpaw. Frogpaw's mentor will be Drakestorm, and Toadpaw's mentor will be Treeslash. I hope Drakestorm and Treeslash will pass on all they know on to you."
"Drakestorm and Treeslash, please come up," she said. -
Drakestorm padded over, standing next to Frogpaw.

"Treeslash and Drakestorm, you two are ready to take on your apprentices. You have received excellent training from your...mentors," Fernstar said, not wanting to name the InfernoClan cat that had trained Drakestorm. "Treeslash, you have proven yourself to be brave and wise. You will be the mentor of Toadpaw. I expect you to pass on all you know to him."
Treeslash touched noses with Toadpaw, who was cowering at the sight of all these cats who were cheering his new name and Frogpaw's.
"Drakestorm, you have shown yourself to be strong and bold. You will be the mentor of Frogpaw, and I expect you to pass on all you know to him." -
"I will do the best I can." He mewed solemnly to Fernstar, touching noses with Frogpaw.

Frogpaw accidentally touched noses with Drakestorm too hard, causing even his own eyes to water.
"Frogpaw! Toadpaw!" the cats cheered. Whistlepaw cheered the loudest, running up to greet Frogpaw in particular. He purred when his friend approached him and hopped off of the high ledge.
