Phen reached out and took her hand "hey. Focus on me.

She jumped, looking at Phen, her pupils slowly returning to their normal size.

Phen stared at her calmly

"I don't know what's wrong with me," Ardis said. "I let it control me."

Phen shrugged "as i said, its one of the hardest to use

Ardis nodded. "Okay. Okay, I can do this."

Phen nodded and let go of her hand

She was curious. Phen hadn't mention light, but...was it possible. She focused on light, and felt warmth and happiness flooding through her, radiating off of her. She felt renewed, as if the only thing that mattered was the golden light shining brilliantly around her. Then it was gone.

Phen tilted his head at her

Ardis' brain felt fried. "Woah," she said, feeling dizzy. "What was that?"

"I think you almost had it. What element where you going for? He asked curiously

"Light," Ardis said. "I wanted to know if it was possible."

Phen blinked and then looked thoughtfull. "Hu. I didn't think of that. My species just cant use light at all, so i forgot about it

"Apparently Zephryn might be able to," Ardis said, getting to her feet tentatively. "Ugh. Emphasis on might."

Phen laughed softly and helped her up
