I have two ideas. -
I was just gonna type Tatyana but whatever
alriiiiiiiiight -
1. C1 gets thrown back in time to the time of knights and magic by means that I'll let the person playing that person figure out. C1 just starts wandering around the unfamiliar place, trying to figure out where he/she is, when C2 stumbles across C1. C2 has magic, so when C1 tells C2 about how he's there, C2 offers to help C1 get back to his/her home. But they have a limited time span in which they can send C2 back to his/her own time.

2. C1 is magic. But magic is not allowed in the kingdom. They've found out that he's magic, and have sent the Hunters after him. Except he/she was born with it. They can't help if they've been born with it.While running away, C1 finds C2, also a user of magic. They do their best to get rid of the Hunters, who are the best Hunters ever. They need to set up a new life, where they can use their magic freely. -
I honestly like plot 2 better.

Name: Jenna
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Appearance: Dark long-ish hair, angled face, the same deep but bright sea blue eyes that everyone with magic has. She wears trousers, a cotton shirt, sturdy leather boots, and a belt with a sword and a dagger in it. That attire is uncommon, because most girls around there wear dresses.
Personality: She's grown hard because she's had to run all her life. Her very existence breaks the law. But when you get to know her, she is very loyal. Also stubborn, determined, and tons of will power.
Strengths: She's pretty strong, she's a quick, strategical thinker, and then there's her magic. She's also really good with her blades.
Weaknesses: She's not the strongest ever, and if you're better than her at sword fighting. If you have a strong mind , one that's stronger than hers, or can put up defenses around your brain, you can probably fend her off or defeat her mentally. You should attack her after she's shifted multiple times, because that's when she's weakest.
Magic: Shape-shifting, mind-reading
Bio: She was given her gifts, but hasn't told anyone that. More detail about that later.
Other: She can also kill without a though, so you' better watch out. -
