Your art style is ten/ten.
I love her she’s great.
I don’t think we’re forgetting anything lol.
Could we start maybe some time tomorrow? Since my brains a little all over the place? -
yeah, absolutely
I'm not gonna be able to respond super heavily past 15:00 most days since that's when I've been going to work, but mornings are open -
and thank you!
-
My posts will be pretty sporadic as well, because I’m a high school student but I’ll try my best to post at least 3 times.
Would you be able to start? I’m horrible at starting. -
where are we starting?
-
It’s honestly up to you? It could maybe the ponies being assigned to their mission? I’m not picky, sorry.
-
do our characters already know each other?
-
I’d say they’d know of each other, given that Smokey would likely have developed most of the tech used by the agency, it’s up to you though I’m down for whatever,
-
alrighty, I'll do my best

It was a bad day. Why? That was hard to say just yet, but as Sekhmet made her way into headquarters, she could feel it in her bones. The weather was lovely, the birds were singing, and a kind pony held the door for her as she passed, and it was a bad day. Walking through the hallways, she reflected on the whispers she had heard in the streets on her commute, and wondered if there was any truth to them. If so, she was sure the urgent meeting she had been called to would revolve around that.
She found her supervisors office and opened the door quietly. There were already several ponies gathered in the room. She couldn't have been late, could she? She definitely left on time this morning. She found a place to stand among them, doing her best not to push anyone as she tried to make herself comfortable in a situation that was uncomfortable by nature. She glanced around, but the only vaguely familiar face here was a unicorn called Smokey-heart. Sekhmet recognized her as the go-to mechanic of the task force, although they'd never really interacted beyond passing greetings. Where had all these other ponies come from?
The leader of the task force cleared her throat from the front of the room, and a hush fell over the room. Sekhmet had been so absorbed in her own thoughts, she hadn't even realized that the attending ponies had been murmuring among themselves.
"Everypony," Creeping Cloud spoke, her voice as grim as it always seemed to be. "We have an emergency." -
The normally air headed Smokey-heart looked serious. As a division head she’d heard about as much as a non-field head could know. Admittedly however, tat wasn’t an awfully large amount of information.
Smokey-Heart glanced over at the few field agents who had been gathered by Creeping Cloud. The other pony was good at quieting a room. Smokey herself had often wondered if that was the mares true talent, she shook her head in order to pay attention. -
(I'm not sure what exactly you had in mind here, what do they know about what happened?)
-
Well, I think Smokey just knows something has happened. And that it’s big, but not what.)
-
(No, I mean what are they going to be told? What does their supervisor know about the situation? I tried to leave it open for you because it's your plot.)
-
s---! Sorry.
I think maybe they could be told that the changeling invasion has started to enter Canterlot? But like the supervisors just know that so far the agency hasn’t been compromised, but they have no idea who has and who hasn’t been compromised?
