( one of them should work, so Apophis can escape before being arrested for two murders, )
“ I have three fourteen year olds waiting for me to come make them dinner.” Apophis said voice unusually low. “ ...of course I’m going to make dinner out of their hearts eventually.” Apophis giggles, which is a lie but the hero can’t know about his family, -
"Eating 14 year olds? Why, that's just despicable. Atleast you had only eating villains going for you, though I suppose not anymore," Chiro said. Chiro finds a device that seems promising. It was stapler-like, and when he tried it on the rope, and it snapped broken. "Ah, finally!" Chiro said, taking a much meeded step away from Apophis.

Apophis stretched as the police ran into the alley, guns pointed at him.
“ on your knees.” An officer demands.
“...most people who ask me that, usually take me out to dinner first.” Apophis drawls as he begins to walk away.
The officer fires. The bullet goes through his shoulder, causing him to hiss and glare angrily.
The wound closes up on its own when he pulls it out.
“...now you’re dead,” -
"Woah woah woah, A-Apophis!" Chiro said quickly, walking between him and the police officers. "It's Chiro!" One of the officers say in astonishment. "Can I have your autograph? My daughter loves you," says the other. "Ah.. uh.. sure, but you should really let my friend Apophis here go, he just helped me take down a deadly villain trying to destroy the city," Chiro explained. "No more killing today, yeah?" He asked.
The officers frowned and looked at each other hesitantly. "Chiro, are you aware of Grotto's missing heart? Superheroes like you shouldn't associate with people like him," the officer says. -
“ awww but I’m so hungry.” Apophis said as he pulls out Grottos heart. “ he wasn’t using it anymore.” The vigilante shrugs, as he teleports onto the fire escape of one of the apartments nearby, Apophis consumes the heart.
“ Y’know there’s a lot of kids in this neighbourhood that an earthquake could easily hurt.” He comments darkly, referring to Grotto...but the officers frown, believing it’s a threat.
“ well...goodbye!” He Says happily as he vanishes.
“ ...I hate that guy, what’s next eating children.” The cop says disgustedly -
Chiro scoffs at Apophis before he vanished. To think that Chiro had tried to defend him! Why'd Chiro even do that? Maybe deep down he could tell that Apophis wasn't as bad as he tried to make everyone believe.
When the officer comments on eating children, Chiro sort of choked and laughed at the same time, knowing that Apophis was probably on his way to do just that.
"You okay there, Chiro?" The officer asks. "Yeah, just need a ride to DG," Chiro said, inhaling. "I'd be honored! Wait until my daughter hears that I helped Chiro himself!" -
Youta smiles gently as he gets back to his house, only a block away from where Grotto had caused an earthquake. He changes into his normal clothes and wipes away the blood before going to check on his three siblings.
Tatsuya was sat in front of the tv, wearing a rare Apophis hoodie. The DG had quickly shut down the group who were making Apophis merchandise. Youta snorted.
Ejirou looks up at him. “ big brother! We didn’t even hear you come in!” He says smiling brightly.
A little ways down a girl with blue skin runs into the living room, tackling Youta.
“You’re home! We were so worried!” Mina says tearfully.
( if we time skip to maybe Asher going to the bookstore for whatever reason.)
Youta was trying to place some books on the top shelf, when a customer walking past knocked his ladder sending him falling.
Youta graced himself for impact, -
Asher was in the bookstore. He was supposed to meet a coworker, but something came up and they suddenly couldn't make it. Now alone in the bookstore, he supposed it wouldn't hurt anyone if he spent the rest of the afternoon reading instead of saving the world constantly. He turned a corner and knocked into a ladder, which sent the person sranding on it falling quickly.
Out of extinct, Asher summoned a hand to catch the person. He hurriedly went and placed himself in a position where it looked like Asher had caught him with his own two arms, and made the hand vanish. "Sorry," he said calmly, though inwardly he was freaking out that he almost gave himself away. -
Youta stared back up at the beautiful stranger, his pale face red with a blush.
“ ... n-no it-it’s my fault.” The shy man responds carefully. He’d have been fine hitting the ground.
The thing was that he didn’t think... the man had caught him with his own arms, but it hadn’t been telekinesis he knew that.
He was probably just being incredibly paranoids.
“ T-Thank you f-for catching me.” He mumbles quietly.
His face darkened more realising he was still in the strangers arms, -
"Ah, of course," Asher said, placing the cute stranger back on his two feet. "Though it was my fault you needed catching anyways," He said with an apologetic half smile.
He didn't have much to say after that, so the situation quickly became awkwardly silent. Asher twiddled with her hair for a few seconds, before saying, "Oh, uh.. I'm Asher. Nice to meet you?" -
Youta flushes darkly. “ Ito Youta...it’s...Are you sure I can call you by your first name?” The shy author asks as he looks down, fiddling with his sleeves,
Sometimes he had wished that he shared Apophis’ confidence, if he had hen he could have persuaded the stranger- Asher, to have a drink with him sometime. -
Asher laughs softly, "Of course, I have american and german backgrounds so I don't really mind it," he said. He leaned forward, offering Youta a smile. "You come to this library often?" Asher asked.
Asher didn't expect himself to say the things he did, but he did it anyway. Youta was awfully adorable, yet mysterious in a way that made Asher desire to learn more about him. -
“... I-I own it, and I kind of wrote the books on this shelf. Sun Ito is my pseudonym... it-it’s a bit of a pun. Sun eater, i-it sounds like sun eater, m my three siblings named me.” This was true twice. Apophis, the serpent that devoured the sun, and Sun Ito the man who wrote about the sun personified,
“ ...d-do...you want to grab a coffee later.” He asks...and instantly regrets it. “ I I’m so sorry!” -
A bad feeling crept into Asher, like something seemed familiar, but he ignored it. "I'll definitely chek out your work, then," Asher said, looking at the book covers in interest.
When Ito asked for coffee, Asher's heart skipped a beat. "No need to apologize when I was going to say yes," Asher said, blushing slightly. -
“...I-in that case...y-you can call me Youta...if,..if you want to...I don’t see why you would want to...I’m sorry I’m being weird,” he said as he got back to restocking the books while they talked.
A book falls on the table.
Biography of Apophis,
“ complete garbage that, it recounts too many situations that don’t add up.” The book was open on a page about the affair between the top hero Chiro and the vigilante,
“ it’s more of a fan fiction. I have to stock it because it’s apparently popular among middle aged women.” He says with a playful smile.
“ The amount of times people have angrily returned Egyptian mythology books because of that guy...”
( I stan the idea that Chiro / Apophis stories are popular before they even met, and Asher ends up dating Youta without realising he just made Chiro / Apophis canon.)
