"What's that typing sound? Answer my question!" Victoria screams into Chiro's ear. "I never go to schools and stuff like that, just to meetings with boring politicians! I just wanna show that I can be there for kids too," Chiro says, making up something on the spot. "But why with Blurr? You trying to steal his spotlight? That's low," Victoria says with a tsk. Chiro could almost laugh at the irony because that's the opposite of what he wanted to do. "Won't it be less paperwork for you if you set me up to go to a meeting that's already been scheduled?" Chiro asks. "Oh, so now you care about my workload?" Victoria asks. "Must you turn everything I say into an argument?" Chiro counters.
"Just you being here, out in public, is a danger to the community," Frost says to the villain, though not as angrily as when the other two spoke. She seemed to just be trying to do what they do, Frost was the youngest but you probably couldn't tell that just by looking at them. -
( can I make a good hero who ends up getting nearly killed by another Hero? )
Apophis looks at Frost. “ Except, the only hero’s causing any danger to the community are you three.” He says calmly.
“ you’re not a her-“
Apophis pulls out his hero License. “ on the contrary my agency and I disagree with that assertion.” He says mockingly as he quickly knocks the three hero’s away before f---ing off.
Fire star looks grim, “ we should warn the DG that some upstart agency thinks they can license heroes!” -

"Oh- well sorry, dear, I'll stop being a negative nancy just for you!" Victoria says sarcastically. "I'll stop avoiding you if you set this up for me. Imagine it, you can chastise me all day and I'd actually be listening," Chiro offers. "Oh, it's already set up. I've been typing it into your agenda and I emailed the principal when you requested it.. but since you offered I suppose I can still chastise you," Victoria says, you can hear the winning smile in her voice. "About that.. uhh.. bye!" Chiro quickly hangs up just as Victoria shouts "Hey!"
"Yeah we should, next thing you know all kinds of villains could be walking around waving hero licenses in people's face," Gigabyte agrees. They head off. Frosts looks contemplative but she doesn't say anything. -

Apophis goes into an alley and Youta walks out. Before he goes to get ready for his date looking very very pleased,
Maybe coralline was one of the victims of Jolts trafficking that the DG rescued, claiming that a jolt was undercover but something went wrong and she’s the only survivor? So when she tries to blab to chiro? They try to kill her?( -
(Sounds good! How would she know to trust Chiro though?)
Chiro is in a happier mood as he walks to the DG building. He dances on the sidewalk, even sings a little. People stare at him, some annoyed, some laughing and saying things like, "oh my oh my, young love!" He reaches the building and walks out as Asher, then he goes to his car and he realizes that he has no idea where the date would take place.
Asher facepalms himself and then gives Youta's cell phone a call. -
( I think Maybe they end up paired for some jobs and she comes to trust him? Or Jolt or someone else lets it slip that if chiro finds out about what’s he’s doing it’ll be over, and she overhears and tries to tell him?)
Youta picks up, “ hello, I have to go to myhouse tonight, would you be okay coming over?”he asks sheepishly. -

I’m going to expand on my post,
Youta was heading back to the apartment when he got an alarmed text from Damien. He sighed before quickly asking his brother’s consent to bring over his date
He then received Asher’s call. “ Hey Asher, how are you doing?” He asks politely.
Minako was ranting about the pros and cons of the DG behind him as she had met up with him a little bit before (which I forgot to mention because I’m so sorry! ) -
(Nah you're good brodude! And I think both ideas can work for Spectre, she and Chiro get paired and then later she hears Jolt)
"I'm good blackberry, I was just wondering where I should go for our date tonight- and forgive me if I sound too romantic, but I didn't wanna text you because I've missed your voice," Asher admits.
He hears someone in the background, who he assumes is probably one of Youta's siblings. Asher wonders what she's talking about, it sounds like something about DG -
“ Hmm, well I have to go to my home tonight, perhaps we could have dinner there- Minako, please I’m on the phone- okay okay I’ll ask him, Sorry, my sister want’s to know your opinion about the DG and-the consequences of morality?”
Minako sighed and snatched the phone. “ No No, the consequences of heroism that lead to the loss of morality. “ she states clearly. Monaco sounds surprisingly young for some protesting against the DG.
Youta can be heard asking for his phone back. -
Asher is sloghtly taken aback, but he giggles. He didn't want to be rude and say something like; oh, you sound a little young to be discussing heroism politics! Asher was a firm believer that all ages should speak for themselves, and younger ones shouldn't just be deemed "less mature" while the grownups made all of the important decisions.
"Ah, well, I think there are certainly some bad heroes at DG," Asher says, speaking truthfully. "But there's a lot of bad people, too. Just cause some are bad doesn't mean they all are. I think it's less about how becoming a hero makes you lose your morals, and more like if you never had strong morals to begin with then the hero you become isn't as good as the hero you should be." Asher hoped that made sense, he wasn't much if a speaker. -
“ name one hero, other than Chiro who can be trusted.” Minako asks exited to not be brushed off. “ And, what kind of morals do you think Blur started with?”

"Well, hmm... Oh, there's Geode! A lot of people expected him to use his crystal powers to become a drug lord like the rest of his family, but he became a hero against all odds. As for Blur, he probably came into the job thinking that he would get money, fame, and girls. When it didn't go that way he might've started to neglect his responsibilities. Unfortunately it's like that for most of them," Chiro says.
He realizes he sounds like he knoes too much, so he quickly adds, "And, ah.. I only know this because I work at DG. Nothing special, mostly computer stuff. It's pretty cool, I've met quite a few big shot heroes." -

Minako coudk he heard arguing with her brother in the background.
“ shhh he’s answering my questions shut up.” Mina calls to Youta who sighs, “ five minutes.” He says before going to the kitchen to get started on food.

“ What’s your opinion on the mandatory registration act, self imposed by the DG.” She asks bluntly. “ anyone with powers has to register. Super kids go missing a lot because of that register. “ she continues.
“ I say this as a concerned sister, but what makes this hero agency so...well why do they think they’re the only hero agency allowed to licence heroes? I heard Apophis has a hero listened!”
