Brute, a hero with super strength and giant hands, is trying to knock away the pestering Apophis. "Stupid fly!" Brute says. He smashes the ground, which causes a mini earthquake and some rocks to jut out of the asphalt, heading right to Apophis.
Chiro comes upon the scene at the perfect time, and he summons some hands to grab Apophis and move him out of the way. "What's going on here?" Chiro asks the heart eating villain. He supposed he could've asked Brute, but Brute seemed way too angry to conversate. Brute was only in the middle hero ranking, and his rise to the top was hindered by the fact that he was too violent and caused more damage to the city than some of the villains he fought. -
“ vampyr did nothing wrong. He saved a child, and Brute has quite honestly, nearly killed him.” Apoptosis says as he uses a tentacle and pulls vampyr close to him.
“ besides, I have done no where’s near the level of damage that the so called hero has done,” he says as he observes the battlefield.
“ your little stunt with the ground has caused chunks of rock to fly at homes, endangering innocents. Including innocent children.” Apoptosis said, holding Vampyr protectively. -
"Brute! Is this true?" Chiro asks the hero. Brute growls, and attempts to punch Chiro, but he easily dodges. "What are you doing?" Chiro asks again.
"You ..save .. enemy! You... are.. enemy!" Brute says. His speaking abilities were deteriorating, which was a sign of him being angry. Chiro wouldn't be able to get through to him like this, Brute would only focus on the fact that Chiro wouldn't allow him to harm Apophis and Vampyr.
"Brute, let's go back to the agency. Apophis and Vampyr did nothing wrong, they were trying to help save people. For real, we're causing a scene," Chiro says. Brute, of course, doesn't listen, and he's about to strike the ground again when about five hands grab him and pull him up. "I tried to reason with you rationally, now I'll just take you to the agency myself," Chiro reprimands Brute like a child. Brute growls, but he is unable to get out of the hold. -
Apophis looks very grateful. “ Thanks for the save.” He mumbles before he’s disappearing over the rooftops, clutching on to the now limp body of Vampyr.
Apophis retreats to his secret hideout, in order to patch up his brothers injuries. He’s terrified. -
Chiro grins at Apophis before delivering an annoyed Brute at the DG office. "Yo, Victoria," Chiro says to the overworked and underpaid secretary when he enters. She literally did so much, Chiro couldn't imagine this company without her. It's kind of a running gag at this point that Victoria hasn't gotten promoted.
Victoria, a tall and intimidating girl who's developed RBF, stands and glowers at Chiro. "You're supposed to be delivering villains, not heroes," Victoria starts. She's about to lecture him. Chiro groans and says "I'm gonna stop you right there!! You won't believe what I walked into. Let me spill the tea for you," Chiro sits on a revolving chair and begins his story.
"Brute was crazy and totally fighting Apophis and Vampyr. He was wrecking the street and put people and kids in harm's wa-" but Victoria interupts Chiro. "Excuse me?! Vampyr and Apophis? Then where are they? Brute was obviously in the right if he fought villains, which (need I remind you) is something heroes like you do," Victoria said.
"Uh.. did you miss the part about wrecking the street and potentially hurting people?" Chiro asks her. -
Youta is trying not to cry as he attempts to wake up Damien.
Jordan, who and been called in sighed.
“ let me handle him, I have healing abilities, you go get ready for that meeting with a--hole man.” They say.
Youta nods gently, and with a few more sad glances back at his comatose brother.
Ejirou was shaking with anger upstairs. “The school have no right to call you an unfit guardian just because I punched Blurr!” He says.
Youta smiles and gently ruffles his hair. “ get...get ready poppet, I’m going to text someone.”
Youta:hello Asher, I’m sorry to text you like this so soon...but I’m going for that meeting I mentioned and I’m ...I’m feeling very anxious about it would you be able to accompany us. -
Victoria crosses her arms and starts pacing as she lectures him. Chiro sighs, then his phone vibrates, so he takes it out to read Youta's message. He's about to text back, but Victoria snatches away his phone. "Hey!" He says.
Victoria reads the message and says, "Hmm. Youta with four emoji hearts.. Need I remind you about our strict no-dating policy?" Victoria says to the hero. Chiro doesn't reply, he instead tries to snatch the phone back, but she holds it high. Even though Chiro is tall, even he didn't stand a chance against this very tall woman. So he summons a hands and snatches it before texting Youta back.
Asher: Hey Youta! Of course I'll go with you. Just tell me where and when and I'll be over quicker than you can say "punch blur!"
"Sorry, gotta go, Vic!" Chiro skips merrily towards the door, glad to have an excuse to get out of her strict clutches. "This conversation isn't over, Chiro!" Victoria calls after him. She walks towards Brute as Chiro closes the door behind him. Chiro almost felt bad for the guy... almost. -
Youta gets ready. He’s looking extremely feminine, as he wants to play this up a little more than normal.
Ejirou accompanies him.
Youta looks at the principal as he walks in,
“ I’m expecting a colleuge of mine. I apologise for being late, but where is blurr.” Yours says calmly.
Ejirou anxiously waits in the hall for asher. He can’t promise he won’t punch Blurr again if it comes to it. -
Luckily, Asher makes it before Blur does. He is in a new outfit, as he keeps multiple outfits in his car due to being a hero and having to change a lot. Asher enters the hall, but he doesn't see Youta, so he's a little anxious. He doesn't recognize Ejirou, of course.
Blur enters the building a a few seconds after, even though he was a little late he didn't seem to care. "Blur coming through! I'm a very busy man, saving lives and all that hero jazz. Make way," Blur spots Ejirou in the hall and gives him a hard glare. He also spots some nervous looking purple haired guy, but Blur doesn't really take note of him. -
Ejirou straight up flips off blur. He then locks eyes with Asher and snickers, “ so big brother really was on a Date! I though Jordan was making it up again.” He says as he walks over.
“ Did-Did he cancel your date to come deal with this? I’m sorry.” Ejirou murmurs. “ if that a--hole would just give me back my stuff then big brother wouldn’t have to worry.” He says. He’s quite obviously a good kid.
Youta pokes his head out, “ ejirou, Asher, in here.”he says smiling. And then with all of the grace of a man whose faced discrimination from the school board before, he turns to Blurr.
“ one would think a hero accused of such a serious crime would try not to cement negative impressions.” He says , causing ejirou to snicker before they both return to the office, -
"Ah, so you must be Ejirou," Asher says with realization. Asher then plays with his purple hair, "D-Date, huh? Did Youta say it was a date? Haha, I suppose it was," Asher says, with a faint hint of a blush creeping onto his face, which was smiling dreamily.
Asher and Blur both follow Youta and Ejirou into the office, almost in sync, but they were two people with very different vibes. "Serious crime my ass-" Blur pauses as he enters the office, and the jerkish tone he was using a second ago completely turns around when he's within sight of the principal and guidance counselor. "Oh, I apologize so much for being late. I just saved an orphanage from burning down, along with several of the kids within it," Blur says expertly. Asher goes and stands by Youta, tempted to hold his hand. -
Ejirou scoffed very very loudly.
“ that’s bulls---, there has been no news reports, and don’t even start that crap, because you’re a show boa-“youta taps his shoulder and murmurs in Japanese,
Ejirou nods.
“ this is all very simple, you’ll return the stolen items, and I won’t take you to court.” Youta says calmly.
“ Afterall, the items you took we’re gifts from a child’s dead sister, it wouldn’t look very good if this were to get out.” -
"What stolen items?" Blur asks with mock innocence, checking his nails af he didn't care.. Which he didn't.
Asher decides to cut in, "Ah, excuse me, Mr Blur, but this is really bad for your image. Wouldn't want word to get out, yknow?" Asher says, as he fiddles with his hair absently.
"Is that a threat?" Blur asks, pausing with his pretending to not listen or care act. "Who are you to say that, after all I've done for this city?" Blur asks Asher, poking him in the chest. Asher frowns. Asher would've love to have seen the expression on his face if Blur knew that Asher was Chiro.
"If I may cut in~" The guidance counselor, an older lady with a few streaks of gray hair, says. "Blur, we'd be delighted to get this whole fiasco over with, all you have to do is return a few items." She says calmly and professionally. -
Ejirou glared at Blurr as his skin hardened and spiked.
“ listen here you good for nothing b-tech sonic the hedgehog, if you don’t give me back my f---ing stuff my sister is going to upload the video of you taking it, I’m sure your legion of devoted tumblr girls would be delighted to see it.” He threatens.
Youta strokes his hair, calming him down
“ Ejirou.” He says gently.
Youta turns to blur. “ you’ve done next to nothing for this city, it’s all Chiro. The vigilante Apophis has done more for this city than you have. In fact just last week during a fight, you did more damage than Queen Jellyfish, who had just been stealing from an aquarium. You go to fast and harm innocents, as well as going overboard on minor villains.” Youta commented sounding disgusted.
