Nia blushed and allowed her giddiness to show as he planted kisses on her. She allowed a foolish grin to take control of her lips as she studied him, hoping this wasn't all but a dream.

Alex kissed her cheek, then kissed the edge of her mouth. He giggled "Oops"

Nia blushed and bit her bottom lip. She took a deep breath before leaning over to him and kissing his lips, keeping her lips still at first so she would know if this was okay with him before continuing.

Alex kissed back, his hand tried to place itself on Nia's face, but instead swing and hit his knee

Nia slowly pulled back from the kiss when she heard an odd noise. "Are you okay?" She asked when she realized what he did.

He chuckled, nodding "Yeah, I'm fine"

Then Nia realized something. The slurred voice, the very happy mood, hitting himself in the knee. "Alex... You aren't high are you?" She asked, shocked that Alex could ever get high, but reminding herself not to jump to conclusions.

"What? No. Psh" Alex said "I don't take drugs . I'm the student council president, I would never be caught dead using!" He then kissed Nia

Nia, feeling reassured, allowed herself to melt into the kiss. His lips felt perfect on hers... It was just like she imagined it. Yeah... his kiss was a lot like she imagined it. Now she had more questions, but she decided to ask later today.

Alex leaned deeper into the kiss, and a few seconds later the steps of someone approaching the classroom we're heard

Nia heard and slowly pulled away. "S-sh-should we stop? I think someone's coming." She whispered, her mouth tingling from the kiss.

Alex slumped back in his seat, rubbing his eyes. He watched the door, and in came the teacher. He looked at the two, and said "What are you doing here?"

"I'm here for class. When does it start?" Nia replied innocently, using all her strength to look and sound calm despite all the thoughts and excitement buzzing in her head.

"Didn't you hear the announcements? It's a half day, you're off school the rest of the day" the teacher said, looking at the two " Which means go home"

Nia nodded and smiled, glad to be done school. "Alright, thank you. Next time I'll pay more attention." Nia replied before getting up and leaving the classroom. Her brain worked to process what had just happened as a large grin spread acrossed her lips and she felt like she was walking on air.
