"Can't stop thinking about our roleplay!" He said, his face glowing with joy and excitement. Of course, he was still thinking, but for now at least he could act happy. He hugged Nia tightly, then said "Thank for trying to help me! I'll pay you back"

Nia sighed in relief that she could push those fears aside now. She felt her cheeks heat up as she returned the hug, and felt a weight being lifted off her chest at his joy. If she could cause him such joy instead of such annoyance as she used to cause, then everything she's ever been through and more was worthwhile to her.

This feeling took over Alex, along with giddynes. He picked her up, then started kissing her on the cheek.

Nia gasped from shock as he picked her up and kissed her cheek and blushed brightly. She looked at him, speechless as her mind buzzed with questtions, all of them hard to ask. She wanted so desperately to grin foolishly and show her giddiness and joy, but she took control of that and decided it would be safer to calm her confusion and understand what was happening before falling for what could be something completely different that what she thought. Maybe she over thinked a lot, but better safe than sorry.

Alex was about to kiss her on the lips, but instead set her down and took a few breaths. He then headed out of school for his lunch break, to the drugstore to get some antidepressants

Nia forgot to breath for a few long minutes and nearly passed out from lack of oxygen before quickly snapped out of it. She took long, deep breaths to calm herself down as she walked to the cafe, then suddenly a grin crossed her lips. Whatever just happened, Alex was having fun! Now that was a victory.

Once Alex was a few blocks away from school, his joy faded. He came to the store, and bought the pills. He couldn't be seen with them, but he felt he needed them and didn't want to watse them, so he chugged them all. It was a small bottle, so he should be fine

During lunch, Nia was making plans for her villager character and thinking of costume ideas. She would occasionally glance around, getting ideas from random sources of inspiration for her character.

Alex skipped to school, and humemd as he made his way to lunch. The bell rang, so he went to his locker, grabbed his stuff for the last class, and sat down next to Nia -
In her last class, Nia had gotten there early and was staring into space when a familiar warmth snapped her into reality. "Hey Alex." She greeted, his name causing her to blush from the mere sound of it. God, she had to get control over this.

"Heeey Nia" Alex said, smiling. He slurred, only a bit, but he moved his chair closer to Nia, and laid his head on her shoulder. "Why can't school be over already?" He pouted before looking g up at Nia

Nia chuckled at his behaviour and blushed. "Maybe I loosened you up a bit too much. School does have to be taken seriously, it's just not the only thing life's meant for." She explained.

"But I wanna be with yoou" Alex said, looking at the empty classroom. He th n turned to Nia, and kissed her on the cheek

Nia blushed brightly and turned to Alex. "Really?" She asked, now deciding that there was a pretty decent path beginning to form, so she was going to take a risk. "You want to be with me?" She asked with a hipeful smile.

Alex nodded, and kissed Nia's cheek again, and again, and once more
