I crossed my arms and huffed, "Anyone who isn't completely incompetent is capable of murder. And that would ruin your pillow and smell awful, especially if you don't wash it. It would also make your hair dirty and stink. And why would I kill you in your sleep? I'm not a coward."

“Well we share a room, so it’s Themistocles likely way you’d kill me. Also, I would put all my hair in a ski mask that doesn’t over the face. I would also line the pillow with garlic then put a pillow case over it. When the pillow got smelly I would wash it and put a cross under my pillow until it was ready to be covered again.” I explained.

"That's exactly why I would have to be a coward to kill you in your sleep!" I exclaimed, "You see, the brave and heroic way to kill you would be to challenge you to a duel and win. Then, no one can claim it's murder." I shook my head, "That's a lot of work to keep me from killing you in your sleep, am I really that scary?"

"I don't know. I have nothing peaceful to compare you to. Being the weakest in my village, I had to learn to keep my guard up. You just so happen to be weak to the same strategies they were." I explained.

"Are you saying I'm not a dove?" I stared off into the distance, "My whole life has been a lie."

I blinked in confusion as I stopped walking and turned to her. "What do you mean?" She asked.

"You said you have nothing peaceful to compare me to, doves are a symbol of peace." I shook my head and face palmed, "I'm terrible at this."

"No, I mean the other thing. What do you mean your life is full of lies?" I asked.

"Because I'm not a dove, and I totally thought I was for my whole life." I told her.

I opened my mouth to question her, but decided against it. "Alright then... How about we changed the subject." I sighed.

"Okay!" I said, "Secret passages, where could they be?"

"They would be in the walls or the floor." I replied.

"What about the ceiling? No, wait, that would just be the attic. But is it a secret attic?" I put my hands together at the last part and looked up at the ceiling.
