"Pffft haha, no i think she was more worried about me hurting myself." In reality, she had said no because that would've attracted attention to him, something that was the opposite of what the family stood for.
Ajax used his supersede to text his sister before anyone could see. "New girl likes us. if you want her better fite me for her." he typed, sending with a snicker. -
Being hyper observant like her father, Jessica noticed the use of speed but wasn't sure what he did. Nonetheless... It was him. Which meant things were about to get interesting. Just then, the bell rang, and Jessica allowed a smirk on her face. "So long hotness." She said with the sarcastic flare she used on her motorcycle, wanting him now to know who she was as she left.

supersede how did i miss that typo))
Ajax felt a jab or recollection and suddenly realized who she was. "Oh shhhh-" His sister barreled into him, slinging an arm around her twin. "So, new girl likes us? Or like, super us?" She asked, unaware of the exchange that just went down. Ajax looked at her and grinned.
"I'm assuming both, since she's also Violet Vigilante." -
After school, Jessica returned home and noted the pros and cons of her first day.
Pros:
- I have established a Nerd reputation.
- I have memorized the school.
- I have discovered the identity of the Brats of steel.
- I have gained the respect of all my teachers.
- The school does have track and field, mathletes, and drama club. I will try out for each one next week.
- I have begun my game of playing with their hearts, since it's very clear that they are both interested in me.
- No one seems suspicious of me, but since I revealed my identity to the son of steel I'll have to be careful.
Cons:
- I've made risky moves, like revealing my identity, and letting myself catch some actual emotion. Hopefully I can eventually fix it.
- There don't seem to be many jocks at the school. That means there's no one for me to outsmart and humiliate. I guess my main source of entertainment will be the Twins.
- My gym teacher mentioned getting me in a program to enter the olympics. I'll have to tone down my gym performance or else people will get suspicious.
Jessica nodded after reading it over and returned her notebook to her desk. "Jessie? You home yet?" Her mother called. Jessica smiled as she ran downstairs to greet your mother. "How was your first day?" Helena asked excitedly. "Everything worked out perfectly." Jessica cheered. "So which Jock are you going to humiliate first?" Helena asked as she unpacked groceries. "No one. No football team, no jocks. The twenty first century believes football is too violent for kids." Jessica sighed. "Too violent for kids!?! Humph. I'll show them what's too violent for-" Helena muttered. "Mom!" Jessica sighed. "Fine, Fine. I got big news for you! From now on, I'm going to let you do missions on your own!" Helena cheered. "For real!?!" I cheered. "Yeah. After all, this is the kind of place where heroes are like celebrities rather than criminals. So if you fight with me, who already has a criminal reputation, it would look bad. Or if you fought with your father, who's more of a conspiracy theorist, not many would take you serious. So it works out best if you start your own reputation. Besides, your father and I will have to retire at some point since he's getting promoted to an actual detective soon. So we should get used to the 'normal' ways of family bonding." Helena chuckled. Jessica wrapped her mother tightly in a bear hug and squealed. "Thanks mom!" I cheered. "No problem. Now go upstairs and check your email so you can tell my designer how you want your buisness card to look." Helena replied. Jessica nodded and happily ran upstairs. -
Alya and Ajax sat down at the dining room table. They were alone, as per usual. Mom worked late and Dad? He worked even later.
"Are you sure it was her?" Alya said her brother, digging into a tub of ice cream. Ajax was doing the same. "She turned to me and said pretty much the exact same thing that Violet had said to me. I'm pretty damn sure." He said, mouth full of ice cream. "But why would she reveal her identity to us? Does she know who we are?" Alya asked, putting her spoon down. Now she was anxious.
"Well I guess so. Don't worry about it though; no one would believe her if she said anything right? And she must trust us if she revealed her identity to us." he said, placing a hand on her shoulder. Alay got nervous and freaked out a lot, especially about the whole superhero business.
"I suppose you're right..." -
Once she was done designing the card, it looked like this
Violet: Perfect!
Sahara: Alright! I'll put them on the front desk!
Violet: Thanks!
Jessica grinned and put down her phone before heading back downstairs to help her mother make dinner. "That looks great!" Her mother cheered when she showed Helena the card. "After dinner you can go out on patrol. Heroes do that to learn the city and find out if there are any out of nowhere crimes going on." Helena cheered excitedly. "If I didn't know any better I'd say you're more excited than I am." Jessica chuckled. "Can't a mother be proud of her daughter's accomplishments!?!" Helena huffed. "I think you're overwhelmed too." Jessica pointed out. "Of course I am! You grow up too fast!" Helena replied, only to cause Jessica to chuckle and smirk. -
"C'mon, lets go beat up some villains. That always cheers you up." Ajax said, getting up and grabbing the pair's costume. Alya snorted. "Okay fine." She said, taking her costume. "But only because I feel like smashing someone's skull and Dad would be mad if I tried to smash yours."
-
(*cough* he'd be mad if you killed the bad guys too *cough*)
Soon dinner was finished and Jessica suited up before leaping out of her window and onto her motorbike before zipping off to look for some trouble to sort out. -
Enjoying the wind in her hair, Jessica sped through the city, doing impressive stunts here and there. This was freedom at it's finest, and she heavily enjoyed it. Jessica scanned the city through the eye holes of her mask as she drove, hoping to find something interesting.
-
As they left the back door, Alya took off into the sky. "First to get five baddies wins!" She yells down, flying away before Ajax could respond.
"Oh c'mon, that's not fair!" He cried, going in the opposite direction. Who knows - maybe in his fight to beat his sister he'd meet Violet Vigilante again. -
A bunch of reporters saw her when she passed the Daily Planet, and soon she was caught in a swarm of them. She chuckled and shook her head before firing a grappling hook at a building and zipping away, holding on tightly to her motorbike. She pulled a trigger to bring back the hook once she was over the crowd, and swooped down back to the road before speeding off again with a grin behind her mask. "Put that on the news!" Jessica called to the crowd behind her before speeding off down the streets of metropolis.
