Alya and Ajax walked up to the school gates looking completely different than their ‘natural’ state.
Ajax had on his glasses instead of contacts, and his red hair was hidden under a baseball hat. Most people assumed his hair was dark like his sisters; but it’s not like they ever checked. He had a rich air about him but was more giggly and fun than uptight, swarmed with friends the moment he entered the school grounds.
Alya was dressed in her usual ‘bad girl’ style, all black and complete with dangly jewelry. Her eye color was changed with contacts; instead of the startling blue that she and her family shared, they were now a dull green. She didn’t bother to change her hair, and let it fall in braids down her shoulders. Her friend group was smaller butt felt more special to her. -
(Sorry I was talking to my parents.)
Jessie got off the bus, making sure to radiate a confident, happy aura. School was a place where she didn't always have to watch her back. She could be another part of her. Rely on intelligence, charm, and charisma more than skill and intimidation. She loved school because here she could fool others into seeing her as a lovable, naive, cheerful, nerd. Then they find out her mercilessness at the worst possible time. When they warn others, who's going to believe that the colourful nerd with the Dora hair do and fedora is as menacing as her enemies say? Jessica chuckled at the thought as she went to her locker and smiled as she looked around. She wondered what it would be like to make at least one real friend. However that would just be a risk and liability. Someone who she would have to keep secrets from couldn't be a real friend, but if she told them it would create a weakness for her enemies to use against her. She couldn't have that, not now, not ever. Besides, she liked being a lone wolf. She had the feeling that she was the kind of person only her psycho parents could truest care about. Jessica sighed at the thought before grabbing her book bag and heading off to her first class. -
Alya glanced at her classes and then her brothers, before mentally groining. “We have to classes together.” She said, annoyed. In her mind, that was two too many. Ajax just peered over his shoulder to look at her schedule and frowned. “Only two?”
-
Wasn’t finisheddddd good job me))
-
“Yeah.” Alya said, tugging away her schedule and heading towards her locker. “Now shoo. I plan to actually do well this year.” In her hurry to get away from her brother, she accidentally ran into someone and held back us in her powers as she fell to the floor. “Ah! Sorry. My bad.” She said, getting up and holding it a hand for the victim of her hurriedness.
-
(Did she bump into my character?)
-
Oh yeah that was the plan))
-
(Okay. Does Alya have anything to hide her identity or does Jessie recognize her?)
-
(Oh wait contacts never mind.)
-
Jessica was walking to class when someone ran into her, knocking her to the ground. Innocent Jess... Innocent... She reminded herself in her head as the girl rambled a rushed apology. She held back her long list of sarcastic or threatening responses as she took the hand and used it to get up, feeling an annoying odd feeling. "It's fine, I'm a bit of a cluts so I'm used to falling." She giggles at herself as she began to pick up the books that fell out of her bag.
-
Alya took another glance at her, and felt that she was strangely familiar. She bent down to help pick up some of the books. “Here, let me help. Least I can do.” She said, giving a rare smile.
-
Jessica sighed and held in an eye roll. "Nope, I got it. However could you help me to my class? I'm a little lost." She giggled awkwardly. Really her photographic memory had memorized every detail of the school last night, but she wanted to seem a bit ditzy. She tried not to look at the other girl, knowing the odd feeling could be a risk and therefore not wanting to get close to her.
-
Alya stood up and put her hands on her hips. “Sure, why not. Where’s your first class?” She asked, taking a braid of blue hair and tucking it behind her ear. This silly girl might not be her type exactly, but she sure was cute.
-
"Uh, grade eleven academic language, room 203." She replied. Something was familiar about the girl, but the braids and green eyes threw her off of who the girl could be. "If it's too far out of your way I could probably find it myself. I mean if this classroom here is 197 then my class might be just around the corner. Or upstairs." Jessica added quickly, wanting to still seem ditzy but ditch the girl.
-
“You’re actually in luck, because thats my next class. Mr. Stevens, right? It’s upstairs; I’ll go with you.” Alya said, slinging her bag over her shoulder and glancing at her brother, who was turning the corner. Thankfully, his first class was science.
