"Stop. I here something." Matilda told Sally. "Wait! You're-" Sally blurted, but Matilda covered her mouth. "Quiet!" Matilda whispered, listening. It sounded like a robot trying to run from something. She walked down the path with Sally following behind and came to a clearing where one of those creatures was attacking a large robot in the shape of a wolf.
Matilda aimed her poison dart gun hat she used on the bear only with poison for wolves instead of bears. Then she shot twice at the wolf and it became drowsy. A third time killed the wolf, therefore killing the cloud. Sally fell on her knees as she stared at the dead body. "Can't there be another way?" Sally asked in a tearful voice, looking up at Matilda. "Afraid not." Matilda replied, not looking at the girl. She didn't want to allow any guilt into her heart. This new challenge was too important for that stuff, -
Once the crows were dead and gone, their bodies scattered in front of her small workshed, Embla took time to jog through the forest, seeing if others could have possibly been in the same situation or perhaps understand more. As far as she knew, once the host dies the parasite dies as well. Embla licked her lips, wondering if it was possible to infect smarter species such as Humans, or Orcs, or others. Curious, Embla took the time to think if she should go look for another infected animal or find someone who requires her assistance.

Gamma looked at what the human girl did and said "What'd you do that for? I almost lost him."
Grantor ran all the way back to his village with the rat chasing him. Other Orcs were surprised by what was happening but quickly readied their weapons. Someone finally managed to shoot the rat and kill it. It seemed it was all over. Except it wasn't -
"I'm dramatic." Matilda told him. "Common Angel. Let's go find more creatures. You can fight right?" Matilda asked. "Yes... But-" Sally began. "Great! Then let's go." Matilda told her, turning to leave.

Walking through the forest came along a wolf, too having been controlled by this dark cloud. Embla held a tight grasp on her gun, watching the wolf snarl and growl at her. Animals get more corrupted with the dark clouds, and become more aggressive, seeming to attack without purpose for most animals don't do such thing, Embla mentally noted, as the wolf attacked. ''Woah, calm down wolfie,'' Embla said with a laugh, before shooting the wolf. The wolf with one last angry growl fell dead the cloud leaving. As learned before, once the host dies, the parasite dies or it is just returning to the larger cloud overhead? Embla thought, questioning the whereabouts of where the clouds go before continuing down the path.

Gamma said "Hey, don't be killing the animals. Get back here." and followed the girl and angel.
The cloud then manifested into one of the houses in the village and corrupted the Orcs living there. the cloud started corrupting house after house in the village, turning all the Orcs in the village into shadow creatures. Grantor ran to get to his house in time, but it was too late. His family and everyone in the village had become corrupted and he needed to escape. -
(Shoot. I thought the clouds could only affect animals. What's to stop them from taking over the team?)

(Don't worry. A wise old wizard that we'll meet later once our characters have met up will explain why.)

Matilda allowed the robot to follow and sighed when she reached the villiage. She sighed, shooting the mutated orks with her Dart gun. She had no poisons for Orks. So the poisons only made them pass out which was probably for the best since they weren't just animals.

Once Embla reached an Orc village, Embla noticed the Orcs were too corrupted with such evil. '',Strange,'' Embla mumbled, walking through the village, as she shot at the Orcs' legs to make them immobile. She watched as some Orcs she shot at attempt to crawl their way to her but eventually she'll shot their arm. Note to self, Orcs and possibly other species can too become a host, who knows if this is airborne Embla thought, her brows furrowed in concentration.

Gamma took the girl's dart gun away and said "Now your stooping to murder? Are you insane?" He looked at the angel and said "And you're just letting it happen?" Bart flew off Gamma's shoulder and pecked both girls heads.
Grantor saw a black haired girl shooing his people and ran towards her to stop her.

Sally screamed, holding her head. "I have no choice! I can't do anything!" She cried. "Oh shut up the both of you. The orcs aren't dead. They are passed out." Matilda told them, grabbing the bird's head gently but firmly in a way to stop the pecking but not hurt it. Sally wiped her tears and ran away. Suddenly her Halo glowed and teleported her to Matilda. "I always wondered what those were for." Matilda commented, looking at the Halo.

Embla heard the rushed footstep, turning around to see another Orc but, not infected. She furrowed her brows at the Orc, and rolled her eyes. ''Trying to stop me?'' She questioned a loud for the Orc to hear. ''Well, sorry to break it to you,'' She added, shaking the grasp of a infected Orc that held onto her ankle and could barely crawl on the ground. ''If the host dies, the parasite dies,'' Embla stated, rather bluntly as the Orc groaned, and released her, too tired from blood loss.
