Ill tell you what. You catch me flirting with any girls in the next week, Ill stop bothering you and well just be friends. Carson promised. But if I dont flirt with any girls in that time, then youll let me take you to dinner. Carson told her. Do we have a bet? He asked, taking out his hand for her to shake.
-
Ashley thought about his offer for a moment. If she were to agree, he'll have to hear from others about his flirting attempts with other girls and she didn't quite trust everything she heard. Ashley bit her bottom lip and held her hand out to shake with his. She grasped his hand and shook their hands together. ''Deal,'' It was quite ridiculous on how easy she agreed to such an offer. ''But even if I'm not around I want you to be completely honest with me if you did or didn't flirt with a girl,'' Ashley hummed, feeling a bit confident. ''I guess someone is going to get friend zoned within a week,'' She said, her lips curving into a teasing smile.
-
Dont worry Ashley. Curtis chuckled. Well Tell you eeeeeeeeeverythiiiiiiiing. James assured her, waving his hand. Well watch him like hawks! Curtis guaranteed. James nodded. Carson rolled his eyes at his friends betrayal and chuckled a bit. I guess its on then. Im gonna go google restaurants. Carson sighed. You can do that here. Curtis told him. The deal starts now. James reminded Carson, staring at him exactly like a hawk.
-
''Thanks,'' Ashley said, to the other guys. Once she heard Carson, she rolled her eyes. ''Well, seems like a waste of time because I know you'll lose,'' Ashley hummed, as someone touched her shoulder. ''Hey, you're Ashley Moore, the new girl in our second period drama class right?'' The girl questioned, she had short blonde hair and crystal blue eyes. ''Yeah,'' Ashley said, eyeing Carson to see what he'll do now in the presence of another girl.
-
Carson studied the two. He knew he could land every pretty girl in the school. He hadnt been so corny until now. Probably because he didnt know this girl so he needed to learn more about her. But he could tell that she was going to be hard to charm. And the harder girl was to charm, usually, the more worth it. He just looked at Ashley as his friends stared him down.
-
''Well,'' the girl said, drumming her fingers on the table, showing her pastel pink nails. ''I was wondering if you could come to my place for a party,'' She said, smiling. ''I'll go, Jessie,'' Ashley said, smiling at the blonde. ''Okay, you guys can come to, especially you, Carson,'' Jessie said with wink, standing around for abit to give Ashley her phone number and to hear the boys' response.
-
Nah. Not interested. Carson replied. Ill go if you two go. James replied, gesturing to Ashley and Curtis. Wait, Wait. Curtis told Carson and James. What kind of party? He asked the girl. If it was a drunk or pool party, then Carson might loose the bet going. If it was a casual party then it would be fine. If it was a prank party none of them should go.
-
''Oh, well, it's a pool party but, for the most part it'll be everyone inside just dancing and listening to music,'' Jessie said, her eyes on Carson. The girls exchanged numbers, as Ashley looked at Carson. ''Are you scared to go to the party because you know you'll lose if you go?'' Ashley teased, giving Jessie back her phone. ''It's on Friday, I hope to see you guys there,'' She hummed, waving goodbye.
-
I wouldnt loose the bet! I just felt that youd loose trust in me if I agreed to go. Carson replied. Yeah. That girl is so into you. James teased. tais-toi crtin! Carson yelled in French, pushing James off the chair. What did he say? James asked Ashley as he pushed himself up. Shut up idiot. Curtis told James. What? Google translate? Curtis replied, showing his befuddled friends his phone.
-
''I wouldn't because, I'll watch you just to see your reaction for when you lose,'' Ashley said, smiling. She stood, her cookie in hand as she walked over to the trash can to throw away her remains. Once seated back, Ashley began eating her chocolate chip cookie. ''Plus,'' Ashley said, licking her lips. ''Vous etes le cretin a penser que vous allez gagner,'' Ashley said, a confident smile on her lips.
-
Curtis searched that in Google Translate and snickered. Carson sighed and rolled his eyes at his friends. Well this idiot has one question. Carson told her, walking around the table. He bent down next to her, looking in her eyes. Quel genre de restaurant dsires-tu? He asked. James and Curtis watched in interest. The bet doesnt say he isnt allowed to flirt with you. James reminded, causing a charming grin tonappear on Carsons lips.

Ashley thought for a moment, a playful smirk on her lips. ''J'aimerai aller au Ledbury mais, je doute fort que je sois avec toi,'' Ashley said with a smile. ''Well, that is true and I won't change the rules of the deal, so flirt away but, you will lose, I'm sure of it,'' Ashley said, finishing her cookie, soon taking out her schedule.
-
Carson smirked. Well see. Well see. He told her, standing up as the bell rang. Au revoir, belle dame! He cheered, a spring in his step as he walked out of the cafe. James and Curtis quickly followed, making sure to keep to their promise.
-
Ashley snickered at Carson's poor flirting but, with one glance at her schedule, she was conflicted on where to go. For the most part she's been in one building and on the main floor. Her English class was going to be a pain to go to. Ashley exited out of the cafeteria, walking through the halls, looking for signs of where to go before deciding on a direction, hoping for the best.
