Oh, no. I can totally start. I'm only conflicted on how should I start. I was wondering if I should start where they knew each other with Ashley avoiding Carson or with them not knowing each other and Ashley being completely new to the school?
-
How bout you start with her feeling flustered because she knows someone is staring at her. That someone being Carson.
-
Okay, got it. I'll start soon.
-
The moment Ashley stepped into the warm classroom, in which shielded her from the cold she could feel eyes staring at her. During her introduction to her first-period math class, and even once being seated towards the back, beside the window she could still feel peering eyes staring at her back. Swallowing a lump in her throat, Ashley running her fingers through her brown hair, looking down at her sheet of paper. Each math problem solved in a step-by-step process to be used for study material. Despite that, on the edges of the paper, she doodled herself and the peering eyes. For being a new student, let alone in a new area, she wasn't surprised her fellow students would be gawking at her. Ashley cleared her throat and leaned back in her chair to glance over her shoulder. I can't see anyone staring at me besides their paper, who the hell is looking at me? Ashley thought as she tried to focus her attention back to the given math problems.
-
Carson smiled as he watched the girl. He chuckled quietly at her flustered behaviour, quickly returning to his sheet when she looked back. But he caught a glimpse of her lovely face with wide eyes and soft skin. He did his work as he waited for class to be over.
-
''Ms. Moore,'' The math teacher, Mr. Smith called towards the frightened girl. ''Y-Yes, Mr. Smith,'' Ashley hummed, her cheeks pink from embarrassment as the class laughed at her. Ashely leaned forward, hand on her forehead as her long brown hair shielded her from her peering eyes. She continued to work until the school bell rang throughout the halls and alerted the students to their next class. With a sigh of relief escaping past her pink lips, Ashley shoved her papers, led pencil, and binder into her bag. With her schedule in hand, Ashley stared at the room numbers and teachers' name. ''Where the hell am I supposed to go?'' Ashley mumbled to herself, conflicted on how she should go to her next class.
-
Carson saw the girl look distress. He walked quietly behind her and leaned over her. He smirked when he heard her distress and brought his lips close enough to her ear to flirt but not so close as to creep her out. Need Some Help gorgeous? Carson asked, collecting every bit of confidence in his body to act confident.
-
Ashley held her breath for a moment, hearing the male behind her speak. ''God, ever heard of personal space,'' Ashley said, looking over her shoulder at the boy. She turned around, gazing at him with a pair of angry eyes. ''Who even are you?'' Ashley asked as she folded her sheet of paper. She stuffed the piece of paper into her back pocket of her denim shorts. Ashley glared at the male, running her fingers through her hair in annoyance as she needed to get to her next class.
-
Carson Small at your service. Carson greeted, walking around and sitting in front of her desk. I was wondering if you would like someone to show you around. Its a big school you know. We wouldnt want someone as pretty as you getting lost. Carson told her, making sure his flirt was subtle.
-
Ashley's cheeks flared pink from embarrassment, as she furrowed her brows at him. She needed the help but, from a flirty teenage male wasn't what she expected. The brunette sighed, weighing her options. ''Fine,'' Ashley grumbled as she shifted from foot to foot. ''I need to go to Mrs. Jones, theatre,'' Ashley said, throwing her bag over her shoulder. ''Lead the way, Carson,'' Ashley said, as she looked at the time on her phone.
-
Okay. So where are you from? If you dont mind me asking. Carson asked, holding the door open for her.
-
''I'm from America, originally,'' Ashley said, following after Carson. Once he held the door opened for her, Ashley mumbled a small thank you, standing outside in the crowded hallway. ''But I've been moving from place to place,'' Ashley mumbled, thinking about her times in other countries.
-
Thats Cool. Carson replied. Have you had any boyfriends along the way? Carson asked as he guided her through the crowd.
-
Ashley looked at him, her brows creased in confusion and curiosity. ''B-Boyfriend?'' Ashley grumbled as she only had one boyfriend in her life and it wad developed at her time in France for having been there the longest. Ashley never fallen in love before, at the very least she had to have a special connection with titling her with being a demisexual. ''O-Only once,'' Ashley said, crossing her arms over her chest. ''Why do you ask?'' She questioned, following close after Carson.
-
No reason. Carson replied, blushing a bit and looking away to hide it. He reached the theatre and smiled. Here we are. Carson cheered, making a dramatic pose to present the theatre.
