Shawn reached into her bag. Who should he call first? Nine one one? But that was for severe emergencies... Well, that was the quickest number he knew. He called nine one one and held the phone to his head. "Hello?" The woman asked. "Hi... My name is Shawn. My father is beating on my mother..." Shawn told her. "Okay, we'll send someone. What's your adress?" She asked. Shawn told her the adress as he kept his sister calm. He didn't want her running into the fight, or else their father may turn his attention to her.

Alianna could see from the door the abuse that occurred. She was scared as gazed at her father, towering over her mother as he beat her. ''Stop! Braden!'' Noelle screamed pleading as with a rush to stop the pain, which knocked him off balance. He remained on Noelle, his anger fuming as he glared at her. ''You stupid, f---ing whore, get out!'' He said, standing, picking her up by the arm. He pushed her out, pushing her down the steps. Her arm scraped against the ground, as he glared towards the children. ''Shawn, Alianna in the house, now!'' Braden yelled.
-
Shawn shook his head no and began running to the car with Alliana. There was no way in hell he was going to let his father be in control of their faith. "You say she is a sinner. What does your god say about abusing your wife?" Shawn asked, being too smart mouthed for his own good,

''You don't talk to me with that tone, mister!'' Braden yelled as Noelle was quick on her feet. She grabbed her bag and her car keys. She quickly opened the door, placing the kids inside. ''You do not touch my kids, don't even come near them you f---ing monster,'' Noelle said, as she got into the car herself, starting it up. Alianna looked out the window, at her father's hurt and confused expression. He lashed out in anger, banging on the window. The doors were luckily locked as Noelle began to slowly drive away, her sides aching.
''You kids, okay?'' Noelle muttered, as she finally got away from her nightmare. ''You aren't hurt? If you are I could drive to the hospital, see what they can do for you,'' Noelle breathed as she took a moment to think. Where was she supposed to go now? Her parents were too far away, gas was a major issue, she only had a bit of money left and she didn't even know where Andy was. Noelle felt tired as she leaned forward a bit, driving down the streets of their old town heading to the city. Where the hell should I go? To the hospital? To-to the restaurant, see if the family's still there? Noelle thought as Alianna fidgeted in her seat.
Tears still streaked down her cheeks, as she remembers a happy family living in that house once. She remained silent, leaning back against the car seat as she wiped at her tears. Locking out the window as she licked her lips nervously. ''Would we have to go to daddy? If you guys aren't together anymore,'' Alianna questioned, shifting. ''I don't want to be with daddy,'' She choked as the guilt was visible in Noelle's appearance. Slumped over, eyes tired as she glanced back at Alianna, her hands stuck to the wheel. ''No, he's going to a place for bad people,'' Noelle announced, her grip tightening on the steering wheel. ''Very, very bad people,'' She added once more, stopping just at down the street near the restaurant and the hotel. -
Shawn hugged his sister, trying to comfort her. "I'm sorry Mom... If I hadn't ran away... You wouldn't have had to go through that..." Shawn muttered.
Meanwhile Andy saw Noelle's car and walked over to it. "Thank goodness you found them. Are you okay?" Andy asked Noelle, studying her as he came to the car. Chelsy followed him and looked at Noelle in concern. -
''It's okay, Shawn, it wasn't your fault,'' Noelle said, leaning back against the seat, looking at how broken her children were. ''You guys want some ice cream? We always got ice cream after a trip,'' Noelle said, forcing a grin on to her lips.
Once hearing Andy's voice, Noelle relaxed, knowing she was, somewhat safe. ''I'm fine, they're scared, traumatized,'' Noelle said, as she gazed back at them. She got out the car, closing the door behind her. Noelle got close, bringing her lips to his ear to whisper to him what had just occurred. She didn't want Chelsy hearing it, at the very least she knew Andy would be upset, angry even but, she just needed help. Noelle simply just didn't know what to do.
''After finding them and getting home, Braden lashed out on me and the kids. He..he,'' Noelle cleared her throat, her voice low as she tried to find the right words for what occurred. She gripped onto his sleeve, almost desperate for a sense of security or safety. ''He basically hit me, beat until I was bruised but, worst of all he almost hit my kids so, we got out of there as soon as he was off of me,'' She continued, telling him the story. ''I just don't know what to do now,'' Noelle mumbled, blinking the tears from her eyes.
Alianna looked at Shawn, a frown on her lips, tears still trickling down her puffy, red cheeks. ''What about the police? The ambulance? You called nine-one-one right?'' Alianna asked in a hushed tone as she looked at the man and young girl whom their mother seemed to know. Her heart began to break, was she going to leave them, for those two? ''Is mommy going to leave too? Are you going to be all alone? Am I going to be alone?'' Alianna muttered, her shaking hands reaching up to rub and scratch her scalp. -
"Ice cream sounds nice." Shawn replied as his mom left. "The police will handle Daddy... And no, Mommy won't leave us. Those two are probably the man mommy loves and the girl is probably his daughter. They are probably going to be our step father and step sister." Shawn explained to her.
Andy hugged Noelle tightly as he listened to her, rubbing her back. "You and the kids can stay at my place." He whispered to her, holding her hand as he turned to Chelsea. "Will you be okay with setting up the living room for Alliana and Shawn until we can set up a room for them?" Andy asked Chelsy. Chelsy nodded and gave Noelle a hug. "Do you want me to bring Shawn and Alliana inside and get them something to eat?" Chelsy offered. -
''Step-father, step-sister?'' Allianna mumbled, disgusted by the thought. She just wanted it to be them, how it was before. ''Are you sure? Mommy has plans on marrying that man?'' Allianna questioned. Is he the one that destroyed our family? Our perfect family was destroyed by this man? Allianna thought, her eyes onto the man that held her mother close.
Noelle rested her head against his chest, her hands gripping onto his shirt tightly. ''Yes, please, Chelsy, thank you,'' Noelle muttered, tears filling her eyes. The built tears slipped and stroked down her cheeks as she bit her bottom lip, keeping the sobs forever remaining in her throat. ''Talk to me, about anything, something happy, distract me please,'' Noelle plead, not wanting to look or sound weak in front of her children. -
(Sorry for late replies. Eating dinner.)
"Olivia left the party early. She was pretty pissed. Turns out that little bugger burned the coding off her credit card." Andy chuckled. As a father, he knew he was supposed to be cross. As a man who was best friends with his daughter, he was proud.
Chelsy went to the back and opened the door. "Hello. I'm Chelsy." Chelsy greeted. "Hi, I'm Shawn." Shawn sighed, hugging his sister. "This is Alliana." He added. -
''Smart little girl,'' Noelle hummed, sure to praise Chelsy for what she did to Olivia. Her sides ached, as she closed her eyes, trying to focus on Andy's breathing and heartbeat. Her mind forced her to wander, and she listened, as she licked her lips. ''Do you think the kids will like each other?'' Noelle questioned, now on the topic of thinking that perhaps, Chelsy and Shawn will get along far better than with Allianna. Shawn was pretty smart for his age, not smarter than Chelsy but, definitely smarter than most kids.
Allianna looked at the girl before her, the girl so called Chelsy, her future stepsister. She was instantly reminded of Cinderella, and her mean stepsisters expect she only got one out of the two. Allianna looked at Chelsy then, Shawn. ''She's going to be my stepsister?'' Allianna questioned rather bluntly, moving further from Chelsy but, still remaining close to Shawn. ''I don't trust her,'' Allianna whispered, her brows furrowed. ''I rather stay in the car,'' She added, looking at Shawn with pleading eyes. -
"I'm sure they will. Hopefully Shawn and Chelsy don't get along too well as they grow up." Andy chuckled, rubbing her back to comfort her.
"Would you rather go back to father?" Shawn asked, taking her hand to comfort her as he got out of the car. -
Noelle looked up at Andy, wiping at her tear stained cheeks. She admired his eyes and could see the future in them. Noelle grinned at the thought of a better future. ''You really think we'll be together that long?'' She questioned, her voice low. ''Aren't you worried I'll cheat on you?'' Noelle questioned, wondering if he even thought of the possibility.
Allianna remained silent, at his question. How could he be so trusting of her and that man!? Allianna thought, her brows furrowed. ''N-no, I'd rather go back to the park,'' Allianna sniffled, as she stepped out of the car. Her hand grasping tightly on to his hand. She looked up at the taller girl, her brows furrowed. ''Who's he?'' Allianna questioned, her finger pointing to the man. -
Andy blinked. "Well I hope we can last. And I hope you won't. I'll just have to make sure you stay satisfied with our relationship." Andy replied, kissing her on the cheek.
Chelsy lead them to the restaurant, looking at Alliana in concern. "That's my father. His name is Andy." Chelsy told her. -
''I think as long as I'm with you I will be,'' Noelle mumbled, her hands raising up to cup his cheeks. She leaned herself forward, standing tall as she pressed her lips against his own. Allianna looked in the direction of the man, seeing her mother kiss this girl's father. ''Gross,'' Allianna grumbled, wondering what this man Andy was like. ''Oh, like the name from Toy Story?'' Allianna questioned, looking at the restaurant in wonder.

"I guess. I never watched that movie." Chelsy replied. "What!?!" Shawn asked. "My Mother never let me watch cartoons. So I like books and classic films." Chelsy replied.
