Hendrina had spent only a few moments in the meeting with the representatives of Hiria and growing bored. Their vacant stares powered into her icy blue irises. They seemed to wish for nothing but, wealth and security. Hendrina tapped her fingers against the wooden oak desk, eyes glowering at the seated by her desk. ''Something wrong, my Queen?'' A maiden asked, her face doused in white powder and unnecessary cosmetics. ''Yes, indeed. Bring in your successors,'' she demanded, all the representatives sucking in their breathes in disbelief. ''I do not trust you, I wish for a new order by tomorrow,'' Hendrina announced. ''Leave your paperwork here, I'll review it to determine you're stay and how valuable your successor will be to Hiria,'' Hendrina exclaimed to those leaving. ''I did not tell you if you're dismissed but you shall go,'' Her tone harsh and cold, she didn't wish to risk the lives of others for blinded fools.
Hendrina rubbed temples in annoyance, she had one hour to review as many papers as possible then prepare for more frequent meetings with regarding the civil war. She stood eyes on the window as she sat on the couch. Hendrina glowered out the window, seeing the garden's path alongside a few straying flowers and trees. She sighed, easing into the couch to relax for a few moments before heading back to work. -
Zack went to the bathroom to freshen up before going to Hendrina's office.

Hendrina rubbed the sleep in her eyes when she heard gentle knocking. Standing, Hendrina walked towards the office door, to see a woman, her hair of a glorious blue, and eyes of green. ''Rina!" The woman cried, Hendrina's lips curling at the sweet voice. The women laughed together, embracing one another. ''Ah, it's so nice to see you!'' Hendrina said, closing the door after the woman. ''Indeed, Gaberial hasn't left the house since he figured out I was having his child but, I'm just a few weeks in,'' The woman mentioned, taking a seat by the couch.
''No worries, Ingrid,'' Hendrina said her smile gracing her lips. ''I'm sure he's just worried,'' Hendrina mentioned, taking a seat beside. Ingrid smile, grasping Hendrina's hand in her own. ''I heard about the grand ball,'' She said, a smirk on her lips. ''And I heard you'll be marrying soon, who's the lucky guy?'' Ingrid questioned, begging the queen for answers. -
Zack soon arrived at the office and knocked on the door.

''Come on in!'' Ingrid called, eyeing Hendrina with suspension. ''Is that the man you wish to marry?'' She questioned, walking to the door with a skip in her step. Ingrid opened the door a smile on her lips once seeing the Elf. ''Oh, scandalous,'' Ingrid chuckled. ''I'm Ingrid Greene, a close friend of the Queen, you must be someone special to her,'' Ingrid said, her hands clasp together. ''I'm glad you haven't left her yet, what is the name of Hendrina's husband?'' She said, turning to see Hendrina. ''Ingrid, stop asking questions and relax, you have too much energy for being pregnant,'' Hendrina mumbled, patting the seat beside her.

"You should sit down since you're pregnant."Zack said as he went over to the chair and sits down.

''Oh, goodness he sounds like Gab! Darling, he'll take such good care of you I know, I'm glad its him and not any of the other men who tried to court you,'' Ingrid said, arms crossed as she sat down. ''They were all annoying and rude, especially Samuel and William. Oh dear, do not get me started on Ares and Elliott! Those men are beasts!'' She huffed, brows furrowed in anger. ''I'm glad you haven't compared Zackery to those men,'' Hendrina said, a smile on her face. ''Of course not, I can't wait to be an aunt, Aunt Ingrid, has a nice ring to it, no?'' She snickered mischievously. Hendrina laughed at her comment with a roll of her eyes. ''You'll have to wait quite some time before any youngsters call you that,'' She mentioned, with a smile.
''Zackery,'' Ingrid called turning to the elf. ''Do you wish to join us for lunch this evening?'' She asked, her attention on the elf. ''I'll love to know what type of person you are,'' Ingrid added, with a smile. ''I have to know the man Rina is going to marry,'' She said, eyes full of joy and excitement. -
"It would be a pleasure."Zack said as he smiled.

Ingrid squealed with excitement, her hands on Hendrina's shoulders. ''How could you do it? You're marrying a man who's polite and quite nice! Maybe I should visit the Elven Kingdom,'' Ingrid said with a snicker. ''You're a married woman,'' Hendrina hummed. ''I guess I got quite lucky,'' Hendrina hummed, her heart soaring. ''Really lucky,'' Her eyes shifted to Zack. ''So, Zackery, tell me a bit about yourself,'' Ingrid hummed, legs crossed over one another.

"Besides me being a Prince and soon to be King,I'm also a skilled knight.I'm also skilled in archery and combat.I can also bring nature back to life and heal injured people."Zack said as he smiled"Also these marks on my cheeks is to show others in my kingdom,who is their next heir to the throne."

''Oh,'' Ingrid hummed, impressed with the man. ''Does that mean you're little half Witch and Half-Elven children will be the same, almost human?'' Ingrid questioned, eyebrow raised.

"I don't know about that yet.."Zack said with a sheepish smile.

Hendrina smiled, and laughed, at his words. ''You're too giddy,'' Hendrina said, standing. ''Is Gaberial coming? I'm sure he wouldn't want to leave his wife for long,'' Hendrina questioned, moving over to her desk, shuffling through the papers. While they chatted away she wished to get some paperwork in before the next meeting. ''I'm sure he is if I stay long enough, could we leave at dawn? I'm sure he wouldn't like it if we traveled through the night,'' Ingrid questioned. ''Of course, Ingrid,'' Hendrina mentioned.
''I also get to help with the wedding, isn't it exciting! Oh, do you both know where you wish to have the wedding? Anything goes since my dear Hendrina is Queen,'' Ingrid questioned.
''I was hoping to have it at the borders of both Kingdoms, got centuries it represented the division of Elves and Witches, at times it was forbidden for any events to be prepared near the borders but, now we can disband the scandals. To show that both Kingdoms are now joined together. Though, I wish for Zack to decide where we'll wed,'' Hendrina said, her fingers wrapping around the quill as she checked the applications of the Kingdom's successors. -
Zack smiled"I think I know a place but I'll have to show you."
