''You do not scare me!'' Ingrid said, her voice trembling. ''You haven't been there her whole entire life! You don't know a damn thing about her!'' The woman yelled, feeling panicked. Her hand was placed on her stomach, in a way to protect her unborn child. ''You're just like them, would you accept the ways she is, when you aren't in the room? Perhaps, you're blinded by love,'' Ingrid said her voice cracking. ''You do not know a thing about my Rina, you best make sure your future child isn't an elf,'' Ingrid huffed passing Zackery.
Her footsteps echoed in the hall, as Hendrina stood in the hall in shock. ''Zackery,'' Hendrina snarled. ''What the hell did you do?'' Her eyes prickled with tears. ''How could you be so disrespectful to my guest, to my friend!'' Hendrina choked, swallowing the lump in her throat. ''M-Mother was right,'' Hendrina bit her bottom lip. She parted her lips to speak once more but, she believed the man didn't deserve her words of advice. ''I'll speak with you later,'' Hendrina said, following after Ingrid. ''Ingrid! Ingrid!'' Her voice called, echoing after the woman. -
Zack's eyes went wide as his eyes turned back to normal"W-wait... I-I d-didn't...."He said as he watched her run off before he lowered his head,tears forming in his eyes before running off in the opposite direction,heading towards the garden.

Hendrina found the sadden woman in the library, the fireplace lit as she used her magical powers to transfix the flames. The woman wasn't crying but, frustration was clear on her features. ''Ingrid,'' Hendrina called, the woman snapping her head towards her. Hendrina took slow approaches to her, settling down beside her. ''Ingrid, talk to me,'' Hendrina said, the woman chuckling softly at her friend's concern.
''He doesn't understand a damn thing about you, Rina,'' Ingrid said, wiping her watering eyes. ''I swear, he'll be the death of this kingdom, the rebels they love you, adore you,'' Ingrid exclaimed, having the prince's form engraved in the flames of the fire. ''They dislike the prince, and so do I,'' Ingrid continued having the prince engulfed in the surrounding flames. ''What if he meets another? What if he hurts you? Rina, dear, it's bad enough you have your mother on your back and those sins, crawling. What if he's just like those from the harem,'' She continued. Hendrina went silent, biting her bottom lip. ''Let's us go, and apologize. We'll walk and talk,'' Hendrina said, the two conversing. As they walked to the garden, Ingrid took an understanding of it all. -
Zack then looked over at the roses and picks a few, getting rid of the thorns and places them on the bench.He then looks up at the tree before quickly climbing up it,hiding away from view.

''He's a great man, Ingrid, you misjudged him. He's been supporting me since the first day of his arrival. He has done no harm but, showed me love and appreciation,'' Hendrina said, holding Ingrid close as the two walked into the garden. ''He's told me many times before he loved me. Oh god,'' Hendrina hummed happily. ''He loves me,'' Hendrina said, her cheeks flushed red. ''You seem in love,'' Ingrid mentioned. ''I am, the day he asked me to be his, the day we first kissed was ever so magically Ingrid, I love him more than anything,'' Hendrina exclaimed, her smile growing. ''Which is why we have to make this right, and I could marry who I wish, please understand, Ingrid,'' Hendrina said, hugging the girl. ''Alright, alright, let me rest. I've been walking around quite a lot and no one likes an angry pregnant woman,'' Ingrid added as the duo sat on the bench. ''Where is he?'' Hendrina asked, sighing in disappointment, sure the prince would be here.

Zack started singing softly as he closed his eyes.

''Zack,'' Hendrina called. ''Zack, my love,'' she called looking up at the tree. ''Please come down,'' She called. Heart aching from the guilt and pain, roses began to sprout from her feet. The grass darkening underneath her, and soon dying. Roses came about with sharp thorns and dead petals. The thorns cut at the bottoms of her dress and ankles. ''Please come down,'' She croaked.

Zack comes down from the tree and stands in front of Hendrina, looking down at the ground.

Hendrina smiled softly, hands on his biceps. ''I'm sorry,'' she whispered to him. She gave him a peck on the lips, her heart aching. ''What can I do to make it up for you?'' Hendrina questioned. ''I'm sorry as well,'' Ingrid crooked. ''It wasn't my intention to hurt someone who Hendrina loves, to hurt someone who loves her just as much,'' She added.

Zack then gives them both a rose,showing his forgiveness.He then hugged Hendrina,kissing her cheek and head.

Hendrina smiled at the kisses and allowed a giggle to escape her lips. The dying roses around her seemed to fade, and the dead grass was brought back to normal. ''Goodness, I love you. I love you so much,'' Hendrina hummed, giving him a small kiss on his jawline. Ingrid laughed at Hendrina's affectionate behavior. ''I'll leave you be, I have to meet with Gaberial, he should be here soon,'' Ingrid hummed, leaving the couple.

Zack smiled and nuzzles into her neck"I love you too."

Hendrina hummed pleasantly as she wrapped her arms around his neck. ''You're too kind, you're so sweet,'' Hendrina said, running her fingers through his hair. ''You're loyal, you're supportive,'' Hendrina continued, biting her bottom lip. ''And goodness, you're quite the handsome fellow,'' She said, her chest lifting in a laugh. ''I'm sorry, for causing you so much trouble but, I can never see us going through day to day activities without fighting with one another. Though I can promise,'' Hendrina said, kissing his shoulder. ''That'll always love you,'' She whispered, holding him close.

Zack smiled and held her close"Same."He hummed before gently kissing her on the lips.

Hendrina held him close, and held the kiss for quite some time. She wasn't sure if she were to let go, that he'll slip from her fingers. She held onto her desperately, not wanting to let go. Her lips curved into a smile as the two kissed soon releasing from the kiss, Hendrina's cheeks flushed pink. ''I never want to let you go,'' She whispered enjoying the silence.
