Hendrina laughed, hands on her chest. ''I'm glad, at least someone will be at my side,'' Hendrina remarked. ''Thank you, Zack.'' She hummed. ''I still should head to the library. As we still have a war to keep under control, let us discuss strategies to take on this rebellion. I do always enjoy spending time with you.'' Hendrina stated, a smile gracing her lips.
-
Zack smiled happily and nodded his head."I have to inform the elves about the war and luckily,I have a special comrade that helps me to inform them.I have a silver owl that I named Spirit and I can call him, using a special kind of whistle."He said as he smiled"Derek should be on his way with it."
-
''Spirit. What an unusual name.'' Hendrina said, finger on her chin. ''I quite like it.'' She mused. ''Well, since Derek is on his way shall we meet him in the library?'' Hendrina hummed. ''We can walk and talk that way.'' She continued. Fingers combing through her hair she smiled towards the prince.
-
Zack smiled and nodded his head"I'm glad that you liked Spirit's name but I tried to give him another name but he seemed it Spirit better."He mused.
-
''What was the other name you planned on giving before you settled with Spirit? I'm quite curious.'' The maiden hummed. With the clicking of her heels, Hendrina turned over her shoulder. ''I'm sure with whatever name you had thought of before was just as precious as the name Spirit. It does suit the bird, a silver owl.'' She chuckled. ''Let's just hope mother doesn't get mad with an owl within the castle. I'm sure she won't like that but, what she doesn't know won't hurt her.'' Hendrina snickered with mischief.
-
"Well..Argyros was one of the first name I was thinking on naming him since it meant silver.."Zack said as he rubbed his neck with a smile"He gave me a shake of his head at that name and I thought it was good. He's a really intelligent bird."He said and chuckled."It is best to keep Spirit a secret from anyone else.I don't want him to be taken away from me......or worst..killed...."He mumbled.
-
''Argyros, what a lovely name,'' Hendrina whispered under her breath. ''Intelligent, I can see why Spirit is your messenger.'' The maiden commented with a wave of her thin finger. ''No one shall take Spirit away from you nor kill Spirit. I'll be sure of it, I am the next Queen after all.'' Hendrina mused.
-
Zack smiled happily as he nodded his head"He can understand ever word that I say to him."He said softly. He then smiled softly"I appreciate that you won't allow anyone to take Spirit away or kill him.".Derek soon arrived as he smiled, holding the silver flute(Just changed the whistle to a flute) in his hand"Here you go,Sire.Make sure that Spirit can come and leave through a window and I brought you some paper so that you can have him deliver the massage on."He said as he held the paper in the other hand.Zack smiled and nodded before taking the flute and paper"Thank you,Derek.". Derek smiled and bowed before leaving.
-
''Spirit will be killed on sight once seen by the guards, shot down by arrows. I suggest you do this within your sleeping quarters,'' Hendrina stated. Cheeks flushing pink, she cleared her throat. ''I'll be waiting for you at the library.'' She hummed. ''Until then.'' Hendrina hummed. She kept at a slow pace walking towards the direction of the library.
-
Zack frowned before quickly heading towards his sleeping quarters as he rubbed his neck.He then looked at the flute in his hand and traced the design of it,remembering his old friend that made him the flute"Your death will not be forgotten....Vector...my friend...."He said as he started to walk up the stairs.
-
Hendrina glanced over her shoulder to see the back of the prince. She placed her gaze upon the marble floor. Memorizing all the mixed patterns of the flooring. Hendrina could hear the folk within the castle chattering rumors of war. The maiden continued forth until she saw the familiar doors belonging to the library. Creaking sounds of the doors were opened by her hands. Hendrina peeked through the doors. Usual currency the library was empty. Hands drifting of the titles of various books the maiden felt comfortable touching the familiar material of books. Hendrina began selecting out a few placing the books on a table near the bookshelves she was scavenging.
-
Zack soon entered into his room and closed the door behind him and went towards the window before opening it, silently. He then made sure that the coast was clear before bringing the flute to his lips.He then started to softly play a tune.He then stopped as he waited. After a couple of minutes, Spirit arrived into the room as he looked up at Zack.Zack smiled softly and petted Spirit before he started to write the note.
-
Books of all kinds settled in front of Hendrina. Her hands rested on top of a book with the names of the previous royal families including her own as the current. With the updated version of the royal bloodline of Hiria, history of all recorded information. Gulping, Hendrina knew well that the prince would be willing to read it. Hendrina could feel her throat tighten in nervousness. These royals were dangerous and rather powerful, she knew it. ''Perhaps a spell from the previous Royals will help our witches with the war.'' She whispered. Hands drifting to another book, one of the most powerful spells. Opening the book, Hendrina began skimming over the various spells.
-
Zack soon got done with the note before tying a red ribbon on it and then tying it onto Spirit's foot"Deliver this note to my parents and make sure to be careful on your way back."He said as he watched as Spirit flew out the window and flying off.

Hendrina's mind wandered off into the never ending paths of memories. She allowed herself to close her eyes and let her mind settle. With the calm and quiet, Hendrina felt relax. With her stiff back resting, and her mind hazed with all sorts of possibilities she felt content without the peering eyes of other nobles. This simple silence created peace for the stressed princess. Her mind was rather objective to relax at such a time. Though, nevertheless, she allowed her mind to wander.
