''I'm glad you love the garden.'' Hendrina hummed as she approached the small bench. Hendrina smiled and settled herself onto the bench. She patted the spot on the seat beside. ''Come sit, we could just relax.'' She said with a small laugh.

Zack smiled and went over and sat beside her.

The singing of birds filled her ears, as Hendrina gazed at the flowers. Her stomach was full of butterflies while she sat beside the prince. Hendrina intertwined her fingers with her own. ''Zack,'' Hendrina mumbled. ''Did you like the small visit to town?'' She asked trying to keep the idea of a civil war far from her thoughts.

Zack nodded his head and smiled"I did enjoy myself while you were showing me around the town, Hendrina."He said softly before hugging her gently"Thank you.."

Hendrina felt her cheeks flare pink and wrapped her arms around the prince. ''You're welcome, Zack.'' She laughed. Hendrina felt calm within his arms. Running her fingers through his hair, she sighed. ''I'm glad you enjoyed yourself, Zack,'' Hendrina said with a smile.

Zack smiled and hummed softly as he wrapped an arm around her waist.He then nuzzled into her neck,purring softly.

Her cheeks burned as she felt his arm wrap around her waist. Hendrina cleared her throat as a nervous laughed escaped her lips. ''Zack, is there anything you want to talk about or do you just want to stay like this?'' She questioned.

Zack lets go of her waist and rubbed his neck"I noticed that Ares looked angry and jealous when he saw our hands.."He said softly and looked down at his hands.

''It doesn't matter what he thinks,'' Hendrina whispered. She placed her hands on top of his own. Her cold hands could feel the warmth radiating over his own. Hendrina's cheeks flared pink while she kept her gaze on their touching hands.

Zack looked down at their hands as a faint tint of pink appeared on his cheek.He then raised his head and looked around.

''U-Um,'' Hendrina stammered. ''I-I'm sorry.'' She whispered. Hendrina took her hands off Zack's. The maiden placed her hands on her lap while she kept her eyes on the ground.

"It's okay..I was kinda nervous if Ares came in here and saw us..."Zack said softly and ran a hand through his hair,sighing.

Hendrina covered her lips with her hand while she laughed. ''I'm so sorry about his behavior. He's protective over what he expects to be his. I'm sure he knows that I wouldn't marry him. I'd prefer Alexander, Samuel and...'' Hendrina paused. ''Elliott?'' She said in somewhat a question.

"I see....so just those three..."Zack mumbled and looked down at the ground,a slightly depressed look on his face.

''Perhaps. I-I mean-no.'' Hendrina said her cheeks flaring pink. Glancing over at the prince her stomach dropped at his expression. ''Zack, I'm sorry for bringing up the other men. I know how they make you uncomfortable and everything-'' She paused to release a nervous laugh. ''I-I'm sure you just rather sit here in silence and look at the flowers.'' Hendrina hummed. The maiden began to smooth the wrinkles at the hem of her sleeve laughing nervously.
