Faddingshadow looked at her before yelping when he was tackled

Cherrywhisker rolled off Faddingshadow. "I'm going to call a vigil." She mewed before leaping upon the high rock. "All cats old enough to catch their own prey, please meet beneath the high rock!" Cats began to gather again. "We must hold a vigil to those lost." She meowed to her clan.

Faddingshadow watched her

As cats began to disperse, heading to the bodies of lost warriors, Cherrywhisker's heart broke. She watched as even the toughest warrior's went to sadly share tongues with they're respected clan mates. Cherrywhisker didn't move from the high rock. She silently sat, watching her grieving clan come together as one.

Faddingshadow looked down at his paws before he got up and walked out of camp

Cherrywhisker watched as Faddingshadow left the camp. Reluctantly, she followed him. "Faddingshadow?" She whispered with the wind.

He stopped and looked at her "hm?

"What's wrong? Why did you leave?" Cherrywhisker stopped and stood beside him, the moonlight shining on top of them.

He shook his head "nothings wrong" he said

"There's obviously something wrong, you left camp during a vigil, Faddingshadow." Cherrywhisker sat beside him and rested her chin on his shoulder.

"I just needed some air" he said

Cherrywhisker began purring. "Come back when you are ready." She whispered, licked his cheek and padded off back to camp.

Faddingshadow nodded and then looked at the sky

Cherrywhisker clambered back on the high rock and sat before her clan once again, gazing at the slowly setting moon. Sun rise wasn't far, and with the time spare, Cherrywhisker slipped into her den to share tongues with Sunstar and Ferntail.

Faddingshadow sighed and he walked bavk to camp
