Cherrywhisker touched noses with Sunstar and Faddingshadow. She was a warrior!

Faddingshadow smiled as he did the same as his tail twitched

Cherrywhisker leapt from the rock. Meowling echoed through the camp. Silence fell as shrieks rang through the clearing.

Faddingshadow heard the shrieks and jumped down, his fur standing on end

Cats from Thunderclan, Riverclan and Shadowclan tore through the camp walls, many of them snarling. Cherrywhisker's first instinct was to run to the nursery. She burst through the entrance to see rogue cats advancing on vulnerable queens and kits. Cherrywhisker yowled defensively and attacked the first cat in her path.

Faddingshadow snarled and followed cherrywisker, tackling one of the cats

Blood dripped down Cherrywhisker's face as the cat scratched her above the left eye. Cherrywhisker angrily tackled the cat, gripping the ruff of his neck between her teeth, the taste of bloob flooding her mouth.

Faddingshadow lept off the cat he had tackled and then bit its tail

The rogue cat yowled and tried to escape. Cherrywhisker bit down harder before tearing a chunk of fur from the cat, letting it run. Cherrywhisker rushed over to a bleeding queen, Riverclaw. She was lay on her side moaning in pain. Remembering what the medicine cat, Bluefeather, had taught her, she rushed to Faddingshadow. "Faddingshadow, run to the medicine den and ask for cobwebs. Bring them back to me." She requested before returning to the injured queen.

Fadding shadow nodded and ran too the medicine den, grabbing the cobwebs and running back
