brightfire Newbiealex whipped around. "vha- oh. it you. thank you." he took the suitcase, nodded, and turned again.

"Welcome..." Nina sighed quietly, gripping the rung with a death grip.

brightfire Newbiealex kept scribbling things, tapping his foot occasionally.

Nina peeked over his shoulder, curious.

brightfire Newbiealex was designing different characters for a new book. he often scribbled something out with his pen and redrew the whole character. he was still muttering to himself.

"Those are amazing..." Nina murmured, breathless as she stared at the pen strokes, eyes wide.

brightfire Newbiealex blinked and continued; he had zoned out the noises of everything around him and just finished his 3rd design of the first character as he turned around. "yes?" he questioned.

"Your creations... they look absolutely amazing, sir." Nina ran a hand through her hair, cheeks pink.

brightfire Newbiealex's nose turned slightly pink, but that was all. "thank you ma'am. they are just sketches." he continued scribbling more characters.

"May I ask what they're for? Perhaps fashion design?" She asked, tilting her head as her red hair fell into her eyes,

(hes supposed to be a decently well-known author-illustrator.) -
Nina nearly fainted. "The Alex Hamilton? My God, I'm a huge fan!" She shook his hand, wide eyed.

brightfire Newbiealex turned red and shook her hand back before chattering about random things; some sample plans for his next book, ect.

Nina listened and pointed out her ideas about his own, elated to be talking to him. "Well, you've got something like that one in your second book, and repeating it may not be smart."

brightfire Newbie"hmm.. good point." he scribbled notes down and eventually diverted the conversation to more casual things than books.
