Kira kept on looking at her. Very polite unlike most people that survived the anarchist clearing. Just then Kira got a call from her brother Ralph who was not in the United States. She decided to decline it though. She was very interested in Juliette. She hasn't met anyone more positive since well before her parents died. She cried a bit at the thought but quickly stopped.

Juliette gave Kira a hug. "Don't cry, it ain't all bad. Just think of life as drawing you can always erase and change into whatever you want." It was a wise thing to say. Juliette was very smart, but it's not like that was the image she produced when people met her. She just was very strong willed, not allowing bad thoughts to taint her. She handed Kira the tea with a wide smile. "You should probably call back, that could've been important," she said. "I can step out if you want."

That only made her cry more considering she can't erase history of her parents. dying she can't erase and redraw it. No matter how hard she tries she cannot change that her parents are dead. "It's just my one of my brothers" she said with a frown " I'll answer it later. He's probably just going to talk about trying to take out the unity game again. you know those people that been running around in purple shirt. They killed my parents."

Juliette wiped a tear away from Kira's face. She hated it when people felt sad, it made her feel powerless to cheer them up. Sad people brought up feelings of more sad things, and she didn't like it when the sadness overcame her. It made things worse than it was and made the world blue. Not to mention bad memories. "Oh the bad people!" Juliette said in recognition. "That must've been why you were crying."

Kira's frown turned to a slight frown. "please tell me have you ever lost someone Very, very, Very, close to you" She said with a few more tears. "or have all of society hate you and try executing you because they don't agree with your standards." she said as tears began to fall again.

"Losing people is hard. It's hard to come to terms that someone is feeling exactly what you're feeling. Rejected, depressed," Juliette said with a frown. "It feels like you're falling behind, like society is moving on without you. We have to learn to catch up before we lag behind to no avail of ever getting ahead again," Juliette said, putting a hand over her heart. "And when we lag we sink, we drown and we can't find a hold to get back up on," Juliette was muttering to herself now. Juliette took a deep breathe and wiped away the tears from Kira's face. "But you're not alone."

Kira looked at her with a frown and hugged her tightly even though she has known her for only a little a while this girl was nothing like she thought. all her friends have betrayed her and anybody else thought of her as a terrorist. "nobody cares about me." she said although she didn't feel like that. Not with Juliette and her positive caring attitude around.

Juliette hugged her back, saying a simple yet such a complicated phrase. "I care." She stated. "And I have lost someone, but don't focus on the past. Then how can you ever look up to the future? I probably can't understand you, maybe I never will, but just know whatever you're going through, you won't go through it alone," Juliette was stroking Kira's hair now, trying her best to comfort her.

Kira smiled slightly but still with a bit of tears so she decided to try and take her mind off it all even though it was extremely hard. "You are the first person that hasn't threatened me with a knife or gun I really appreciate that a lot."

"Good. Now, Kira, drink your tea," Juliette said, handing her the cup. "Chin up, freshen up. We're looking up to the future!" She said, putting an arm over her shoulder and motioning like they had the world around them. "And I don't know why anyone would want to threaten you, you seem pretty awesome to me."

Kira smiled a little more jovial and she drank the tea "thank you Juliette. your so sweet." she looked at her for a bit and then thought to herself wishing there were more like her in the USA's Ruins. She was one of those few were there personality matches there looks.

"Oh, you overrate me Kira!" Juliette said, sticking out her tongue playfully. "And if you want you can take a shower, I can give you some of my spare clothes," Juliette offered to her.

Kira Smiled "That would be great. back home I had to risk getting hypothermia " Kira smiled again at her generosity its been so long since she has had a warm shower.

"Oh it must've been pretty cold," Juliette said, shivering for effect. "Follow me," she said, walking towards the bathroom. Juliette took out some towels started to turn the water on, making sure it was not too cold or too hot.

Kira Followed behind her "thank you so much for letting me use your shower and giving me a place to lay low from the hatred" She said as she attempted to get some knots out of her black hair.
