Juliette hugged her back, Kira's grip strong and trusting. She didn't want to let go, not ever, but she had to eventually. "Of course, ask me anything," Juliette said, smiling widely. Kira could've asked her to bungee jump from a bridge while saying her ABCs backwards, she would have done it, in that moment she was listening intently to Kira's every word.

Kira smiled before asking the question a little nervously "I was thinking, considering the USA is in anarchy and you are so kind for letting me in to stay with you. I have developed emotions I've never had in years." She blushed at what she was saying to Juliette "I guess what I'm trying to ask is if you want go out" she says With a nervous chuckle.

Juliette stayed silent for a moment before the words actually soaked into her. "Go out? As in, dating?" She asked, but she didn't wait for Kira to answer, "Yes! Of course, oh my, oh my," Juliette hopped up and jumped around for a bit, getting the adrenaline out of her system. "Yes!" She said one more time, just to hear her own voice say it, just to make it finalized. She hopped onto Kira in a tackle hug.

Kira, for the first time in years felt joy. She smiled as she was being tackled; It made her feel warm inside. She decided to hug back. People she knew in the past would always say "love at first sight doesn't exist." She is probably going to prove them wrong because of what just happened. As she hugged back tears of joy that were about 101 F started appearing. "Thank you Juliette" she responded. she couldn't help but think she didn't deserve this after everything she's done to the USA.

Juliette ignored the really hot tears as they sizzled her shirt. "This is cause for a celebration!" She said excitedly, breaking out of the hug and grabbing onto Kira's arm and pulling her towards Juliette's room. Once Juliette reached her room, she immediately felt happy. It was decorated in light, pastel colors. Though most expected her to love pink, she'd prefer pastel anything over pink any day. She sat Kira down on her bean bag as she hopped to the closet in anticipation. -
Kira giggled a bit at how happy she was. As she sat down she decided to pull out her most prized possession, a shiny gleaming Knife. It was a gift from her father before he passed. She stared at her reflection it was the very knife she slaughtered the presidential cabinet with. As she stared at at the knife she fell into a small trance.

As Juliette bombarded the closet she glanced back to see Kira holding a knife with some kind of emotion in her eyes but Juliette couldn't really tell what it was. She shrugged, everyone has their wierd antics, look at Juliette, she's obsessed with pastel colors. If she sees someone walking down the street in pastel purple she'll intercept. Juliette turned back and found two fitting dresses, one silver for her and one red for Kira, she turned and tossed the dress towards Kira. "Put it on, I think tonight's a cause for a celebration!"

Kira caught the dress. She generally didn't normally wear dresses so this was different. She just hoped it wasn't made of cotton considering she was allergic to cotton. She put on the dress not used to wearing it she felt weird. "It feels awkward" Kira never used a dress her family actually had it forbidden for a reason she doesn't know.

Juliette giggled, That's fine! Everything is weird when you're not used to it. I can tell you don't normally wear dresses, correct? Juliette tilted her head slightly with wide, curious eyes. To some, the gesture seemed semi-stalkerish, but she was just really observant. Kira had made a face of surprise and uncomfortableness that Juliette was used to. But the question is, why? Juliette asked, leaning forward towards Kira.

Kira looked at her and nodded, Kira would always hear the story of the Electric Dress but didn't know if it was true. Kira decided to speak as if the rumor was true. "It was a family Sin to wear dresses." she looked out the window viewing the chaos and continued. "My mother was A hero because she saved the world from the apocalypse. Though in the end, she was responsible for accidentally electrocuting several innocent people to death due to her wearing a copper dress." She said with a sigh. She felt as if her mother would be disappointed in her for her actions.

Juliette's eyes sparkled with interest. "Really? That's so cool! Sometimes it's okay to break tradition, though. Otherwise nothing would be discovered, no one would move forward and find out new things." Juliette went ahead and put on the silver dress that complimented her pale eyes. Juliette pulled Kira up and spun her around a few times to try and lighten the mood.

Kira gave a giggle with a smile as She was Twirled around. "You got a point," She said as she blushed a bit with small embers appearing across her face. She looked at Juliette and thought to herself She really liked this girl. "You look Beautiful." She Said as her eyes went from blue to rose red.

Juliette smiled as she blushed. She didn't hide the blush, she was fine with blushing in front of people. Juliette coughed awkwardly, though, and pushed away. "You have pretty eyes." Juliette said with a smile, walking to the dresser to grab her keys. They were gonna go a fancy restaurant that also doubled as a clubbish kind of building. It wasn't really Juliette's type of place but Kira would be happy. Atleast she hoped Kira would be. "Come on, I'ma surprise you. While we're driving you have to keep you're eyes closed.
