Antonio sighed. "I don't know. I hope so. They don't about the, uh, falling out, so he might just be confused." He shrugged. "It's not like I have a habit of fighting though, so maybe they'll let it slide." Even if he was mad, his brother couldn't do much to him, and his mom was pretty relaxed with that stuff. He might get grounded for a couple days, but he probably wouldn't be able to go to school with his concussion, anyways. -

Lovino nodded. "Oh. Okay." he laid his head back down, wondering why Antonio never mentioned his dad, but knowing better than to ask given his own difficulty with the subject. "You'd better hurry up and get better," he sighed. "I don't wanna go back to being the lonely kid in math." he added with a dry smile. -

(Tonio gets in a car accident,, like not even a big one at all? But all Lovi sees is the car accident and he remembers his parents and flips the f--- out or something along those lines?? idk)
Antonio grinned. "I had to be the lonely kid in math when you were sick. I'm sure you'll survive a couple days." Well, the actual math had been the hardest part of that, but that wasn't the point here. He was silent for a moment, becoming lost in his own thoughts. "I'm scared, Lovi." He finally murmured. "I'm scared that they'll jump you while I'm not there. And Francis, with the knife..." He suddenly felt somewhat ill at the thought. -

Antonio sighed, his eyes shutting again, and he pressed his lips to Lovino's forehead. "I'm sure you'd give them a run for their money, but... there's two of them, and they're both bigger than you, and if Francis actually brings a knife..." He took a deep breath. "Just, both of us together didn't go too well, although we were at a disadvantage. You know they don't fight fair..." -

Lovino shuddered, nudging him. "We're supposed to stay calm, idiota. I'll avoid them, okay? It'll be fine." He mumbled, pressing closer to him.

Antonio didn't see any other options other than taking Lovino's advice, and calming down. He pushed the topic as far out of his mind as possible, nodding slightly. "Alright." He mumbled. "But if they so much as look at you wrong, you get out of there, okay? I don't want you to risk it." -

Lovino nodded, rolling his eyes, "Whatever you say, mom." he replied sarcastically. There were no windows in their room, but a quick glance at the clock showed that it was getting late. Lovino groaned and wrapped his arms around Antonio's waist. "b------, I don't wanna goooo," he whined. "Nonno will be mad." -

Antonio grimaced. "I'm sorry, amor." He murmured. "We can't stay in the hospital forever. The fight wasn't even your fault." And the arms now around his waist were well on their way to convincing him to ask to stay, but at that moment the door to their room opened. His eyes shot open and he looked at the door, to see his brother standing there, his silhouette outlined against the brighter light in the hallway. He looked surprised to say the least. "s---." Antonio hissed under his breath. He didn't want to be interrogated on the way home. -

"But he'll b---- about it all night," he protested, nipping his collarbone in annoyance. When the door opened he stiffened up, his heart skipping a beat. "Who is it?" he whispered to Antonio, sounding nervous. Feli walking in was one thing. Even if Roma was okay with him and Antonio, seeing them all over each other when he was already mad probably wouldn't end too well. -

Antonio gave a small prayer that Andrs hadn't seen Lovino's nip, hoping that they weren't shocking him so much. "U-uh, hey, Andrs." He said, offering a nervous smile. Hopefully that would answer Lovino's question, too. His brother stared at them for a moment. "... Hey, Antonio." He finally said slowly, looking between him and Lovino nervously. "I'm here to take you home...?" Well, this wouldn't be the first time they employed the 'tiptoe around a sensitive topic' strategy. -
