Soul nodded gently, resting his head back on his arm. His face was a little pink, which wasn't usual for his pale skin tone. His dream must have really scared him, his heart was still racing and his breathing was shallow. Nevertheless, Soul forced himself to shake it off. He forced his eyes shut, hiding his muted blue eyes from the world.
Marshall shot up. She looked to Spike and nodded. "Yeah, okay." She walked over to the fire, which was now beginning to dwindle. "Mm.. I should probably go with. I don't want to leave them alone, but we need more firewood." Marshall stated the facts, seeming conflicted. She was protective over everyone, even though Soul was the most protective of the group. Marshall had a more fierce protectiveness, not just the kind where you make sure that no one gets hurt by taking precautions and matters into your own hands. No, Marshall was not like that. She was protective in a way that if you did the tiniest thing to one of them, she would hunt you down and kill you. -
Sorry I didn't get on til now so I didn't see the thing about characters, should I make one or just stay with one?))
With everyone shuffling around Raven got up too. She went over to a tree and punched it, hard. Her bracelets made little jingling noises for a little after then pulled away and hit with the other hand the noise echoing for a few seconds. She turned around and leaned against the tree. She slid down so she was sitting and laid her legs flat in the ground, "You know what, I want to have a big juicy American heart attack hamburger with out having to worry about someone stomping into the store, throughing a table at me and trying to kill us. It would be nice wouldn't it?" She said with a huff at the end. -
(one character might be easier but if you wanna make another go ahead ^^)
"That would be fabulous. Unfortunately, we can't risk going out in public so soon. Not after last time..." They'd nearly been caught, and Crash still had a few bruises. Spike stretched and turned to Raven. "Can you keep watch while Marshall and I are gone?"
(so I was thinking of having them get ambushed or caught, like half of them get taken and the others don't if that's cool wit you guys) -
Works for me)
Marshall looked at Raven, expecting an answer. Her blue eyes glittered from under her thick hair, flipping it out of her face. She looked intimidating the way she was standing- so forward imposing, with her arms crossed and a scowl on her face. However, anyone who knew her, this was just her way of standing all of the time. It often intimidated people- and she liked that. It also made her look stronger- Marshall liked that, too. -
Okay, be fun. Should we say who's getting caught before hand?)
Raven shrugged muttering a 'true' quietly so no one else could hear. She held back a chuckle when she saw Marshalls pose, she was looking at her head on so it was awkward and mainly why she held it in. "Yep, I'm on watch, Ravens a hawk." She said with a goofy smile.
(Should it be while you guy are out or later?(Not trying to rush, just asking.)) -
(Yeah, sure, Spike and Marshall could be the ones to get caught while they're out if you want?)
Spike nodded. "Okay, thanks. If Soul wakes up tell him we're okay." She rolled her eyes. "You know how much he worries." Of course, Spike worried constantly too, but she kept it to herself. She spread her wings, shot Raven a quick grin, and took off into the sky, flapping above the trees and waiting for Marshall. Meanwhile, Crash was just waking up. He blinked blearily, mumbling a 'hi' to Raven. -
Marshall didn't hesitate to shoot herself up into the sky. Her red and black wings glowed in the faint moonlight and she smiled, doing flips in the sky. She knew she was out on a mission, but she couldn't help but enjoy the cool air. Marshall, like the rest, was built to withstand extreme temperatures that they dealt with while flying. And she had even grown to love the temperatures. They were simply perfect to her. She let loose a faint giggle.

Should one of each of ours get caught...)
Raven smiled slightly and picked up a stick and started drawing in the dirt. She hummed a song quietly to herself it always been in her head and she never actually knew why but it was the reason she named herself Raven well one of them at least. She knew she was suppose to be watching but she'd probably hear if something was close. -
Sure, if you want the monsters hunting them can chase Spike and Marshall back to the camp and then they can grab Raven too)
Spike smiled ever so slightly and glided along just above the treetops, searching a good place to land and get firewood. However, she stopped at the faint sound of voices. She could barely make out the words, but a few caught her ears. "Hybrids...capture...school...important..." Her eyes widened and she turned to Marshall. "We have to go." she hissed. "Now." -
Okay.
Is it sad that when I read your paragraph all I thought was 'the hunt is on!'...?)
Raven got up and whipped the stick between two trees. She walked over to the fire and tapped a burnt piece of wood with her foot causing sparks to spurt everywhere then land on the ground. She smothered the ashes then dug the heel of her boot into the dirt. She sighed and walked back to the tree watching the little flame. -
"Damn it!" Marshall exclaimed. "They always ruin everything, don't they? Wait, which way to we go?!" Marshall didn't want to lead them back to camp, but they were pretty surrounded. She shot herself straight up, as stupid of an idea that it was. She flew recklessly- left, right, left, right. She followed no orders- No, Marshall was her own boss. She figured that if they split up that they would both be safer, anyways. That was her strategy, anyways.
-
"Wait!" Spike called after her, but it was too late. Marshall was gone, flying around in a panick. Spike's heart pounded, starting to panick at the thought of going back to the school. Something grabbed her ankle and she shrieked, kicking down. There was a howl, and she looked down to see one of the scientists' grotesque winged wolf monsters snarling at her. She whirled around, kicking it again before taking off back towards the camp. "Raven!" She called. "Soul! Go, fly, move!" she shouted desperately.
-
Soul had, even if it was luckily, jolted awake from a nightmare. He sprung to his feet. "Oh." He groaned a little. "It was just a nightmare. Hm." He stood up, looking around for Marshall and Spike. He furrowed his eyebrows. It was dark. The fire was barely hanging on to life. "Where..?" He asked.
Marshall was flying in a frenzy, like a plane descending. She knew, however, that she couldn't go on forever. She was bound to get captured. However, she would try to give them as much hell as possible before she went down, it attempt to save her friends. -
Raven shot up when she heard Spike yell, Raven only has the slightest possible idea of what was happening. She was deep in thought when she heard Soul, "Fly, do something, something's wrong... I-I can't tell from here." Raven wasn't the least bit concerned about what was attacking them she was more concerned about her back, no matter how selfish it may be, unlike the others Raven didn't enjoy flying she kept it a secret but using the wings made her back hurt. "They just left to get wood..." She said the last part really quietly.
-
Just then, Spike crashed through the trees, two snarling monsters on top of her. She was brusied a bleeding, struggling to fight the creatures off. She knocked one off, but instead of giving up, it grabbed at Raven, growling. "Soul, get them out of here! Find Marshall!" Spike called. Crash had shot to his feet, hiding behind Soul and watching the fight with wide eyes.
