(Ooh~ sounds interesting. :3)
He grumbled lightly. "Animals are the same way." He started playing with a ring on his finger, twirling it around slightly. "The boy can make it, he rides on something in the snow...I don't know what he calls it." He shrugged. -
"Oh, okay. I hope he has room for two on it," she said, adding the last part in a much quieter tone. While she was enjoying most of her time with him so far, she had to get back to the real world. She had to inform her family and friends that her vanishing hadn't been the result of murder, get back after her vacation from work, and have access to more than what she'd been carrying with her. Elaine realized she had four, maybe five days left of borth control with her, too. She couldn't go without that. Suddenly, getting out, even if only temporarily, became a priority.

He glanced at a clock and frowned. "I think it's time that we both go to bed." He started to walk to the door of the kitchen. "You know how to get back to your room, so you don't need me to guide you." He then left the kitchen, wondering about all the new things the world could give him.

She nodded. "Yeah. Goodnight, David," Elaine said as he walked out. She sat there for a while, staring out the window. With the snow falling so hard, it was difficult to believe she'd ever get home. It was also difficult to stay in such an old, cold house with someone who seemed to display those same traits. She tapped her fingers against the table, wishing he hadn't left so soon.

He kept walking, still wondering about the interesting and new things that she told him, of course most of it was really hard to believe, well he was actually hard to believe himself because of what he had done. He frowned slightly, wondering how he'd destroy the book, maybe he'd be free if he did and he'd go with her.
