Plot: Sort of a futuristic setting.
C1 is a patient in a government mental hospital. They seem sane at some moments, but are also insane at other moments. C2 is their doctor. They're doing everything in their power to try and help C1. After becoming closer and closer with C1, C2 finds out that the government is testing C1. What for? C2 finds out soon enough because C1 begins to move things with her mind, read minds, and many other things. C1 isn't the only one being tortured past insanity though, there are other people, just like C1. How can C2 fix everything and help these poor souls?
(There can be some romance too if you want, doesn't matter, and if you don't like this one, I can come up with another one.) -

Body Build: Extremely skinny because she is anorexic, back bones show (not through clothes), arms arent very strong, doesnt have much muscle. As mentioned before, pretty tall, 5 foot, 7 inches.
Shape of Face: Perfect oval
Eye color: first ring (closes to the pupil): A light gold color. Second Ring (one after the first of course): A wide ring of a light, sky blue. Last Ring: A dark ocean blue, or a dark night blue.
Skin Tone/looks: a medium fair. Few freckles. Scars from cutting, and scars from accidents.
Hair Color: At the top of her head is a dark chocolate brown, but as it reaches the tips of her hair it slowly lightens to a dark, golden brown. This is her natural hair color.
Type of Hair: On the bridge of wavy and straight hair.
Normal hairstyle: she usually keeps it down and in her face. Its not layered, no bangs, completely normal style.
Voice: Usually soft and distant as if shes in a dream. Voice moves from deep, to higher pitch depending on her mood. Her voice can be strong, but is usually scratchy. Normal American accent, like a city girl.
Overall Attractiveness: Most would rate her as a 9, if she wasn't anorexic. Her sunken and glazed over eyes with dark rings under them, and her skinny bones popping out would place her physical attractiveness at a 7 or 6.
Physical Disabilities: She as PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and cant be around guns. Even the mention of war, guns, killing, or death causes her to hyperventilate, scream, and panic. Her immune system is lowered and shes usually sick.
Usual fashion of dress: She's usually forced to wear plain white pants and a shirt.
Personality:
Good Personality Traits: When shes not having a break down, and you know how to reach to her, she can be the most kind, good natured girl in the world. She has a big heart towards the people shes grown close towards, and she wont eat meat because she thinks of the animals that are now dead.
Bad Personality Traits: If she doesn't know you, she can be cold, and unresponsive; mute almost. She will snap at most things that you say towards her, and wont care about you. If you try and relate to her with lies, she wont tolerate you and will scream at you.
Mood shes most often in: a daydreaming mood.
Greatest joy in life: her greatest joys are singing, music, and reading/writing. She can express her feelings though these things and she feels that's the only way she can really speak her mind without being interrupted.
